(Psalms 97:10) “Ye that love the LORD, hate evil: he preserveth the souls of his saints; he delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked.”

MORNING INSPIRATION…Think of something evil that has been done in the name of religion. There are countless examples throughout history and even in the Bible of atrocities committed in the name of God. Is this what God wants? No, He wants us to "hate evil," and the word hate is not one that should be used lightly. Hate evil and love good are constant reminders that can help guide us all in our daily lives.

MORNING PRAYER 🙏🏿…Dear Fathr God, I hate evil and regret so many evil actions and thoughts that I have. Everyday I wish to be closer to You, so I ask that You embolden my resolve to understand good and evil better, and encourage a brave spirit in me willing to stand up to darkness. The hand of the wicked shall be judged accordingly, and I know that it is Your place to judge them, not mine. Help me to love good and defend myself and others against evil, as Your son Jesus Christ did for all of us. In His name I pray. Amen.

“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.” (Ephesians 6:12-13)

MORNING INSPIRATION.. So much culture has been based on the battle between good and evil. With our busy lives, it is sometimes difficult to even take our minds off of what is happening to us and think about the bigger picture. There is and always has been a holy war going on, a battle between good and evil, and a textbook that explains how to equip ourselves for the battle. Let's take up arms and protect ourselves.

MORNING PRAYER 🙏🏿…Dear God, You are my rock, my shield, and the horn of my salvation; my high tower, and my refuge, my savior; You savest me from violence. Help me understand the difference between good and bad, almighty God. With patience and wisdom, I wish to aid You in the battle between light and dark, one that I am unwilling to lose. All of this I ask in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ. Amen.🙏🏿

(Philippians 2:14-16) “Do all things without murmurings and disputings:That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world; Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain.”

AFTERNOON INSPIRATION…Shining as a light for a crooked nation...how apt these words are even today. As Christians, it is our responsibility to live our lives in a dutiful and loving way, WITHOUT complaint. I am not sure which part is more difficult: living in a way true to God's word or doing so without complaining. By doing so, however, you honor the sacrifices made by Jesus and others before you. Their lives would not be lost in vain, and neither will yours.

AFTERNOON PRAYER 🙏🏿…Dear Heavenly Father, I want to be a light of the world. Jesus and the disciples have done all that they could to show me the path, sacrificing so much for us without complaint. I humbly ask that You help me to do the same, spreading the Holy Spirit to all people around me. I will follow You, not walk in darkness, and will have the light of life. According to Your will I pray. Amen.

MORNING INSPIRATION…The day we choose to worship God is not of life-or-death importance. There are some Christians who believe the official day of worship should be Sunday, while other Christians believe it should be Saturday. What matters to God the most is that we come together as believers to worship Him, regardless of the day. We must also remember that our worship and communing with God should be on a daily basis, not just on one day.

MORNING PRAYER 🙏🏿…Dear God, I thank you that to You, what matters more is that we worship You and not the day. Lord, I pray that things like "days and time" will not cause rifts between believers in the body of Christ. May we all be focused on worshipping You in Spirit and in truth, all the days of our lives, Lord. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.

(Romans 1:16) “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.”

MORNING INSPIRATION…. We should wear our faith in Christ on our chests for the world to see. We have no reason to be ashamed of the fact that we have decided to follow Jesus. As Christians, we have realized that there is no other way than the way of Christ. There is no other name more powerful than the name of Jesus. The gospel of Christ comes full of power because it testifies to the victory of Jesus Christ that He won for all mankind.

MORNING PRAYER 🙏🏿…Dear God, I can state, boldly, that I am fully convicted by Your word and I am totally proud of being identified as a Christian. I am not ashamed of the world knowing that I follow You wholeheartedly. To the world, it may be foolishness, but I know that this is the only life to live. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.🙏🏿

(Psalms 37:23-24) “The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way. Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: for the LORD upholdeth him with his hand.”

MORNING INSPIRATION…The path that God has set for us is not a path without obstacles and setbacks. We often tend to think that just because we are Christians, everything is going to go smoothly. No. God didn't promise us a smooth path. He promised that He would be with us in the tough and rocky times. Just because you are going through challenges, it does not mean that you are no longer righteous. No. For as long as you are a child of God, you are righteous and justified.

MORNING PRAYER 🙏🏿…Dear God, I have come to the understanding that my circumstances aren't what determines whether I am righteous or not. Lord, at times where challenging situations try to get me to doubt who I am, may I remember the assurance You have given me. Thank you, Lord, that in the moments where I fall, You are there to help me stand up and move forward. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.

(Romans 14:4) “Who art thou that judgest another man's servant? to his own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for God is able to make him stand.”

MORNING INSPIRATION…This verse falls in line with not judging one another. You have no right to judge and condemn another believer. If you see someone in the wrong, correct them out of love. What does this mean? Make them aware that what they are doing is wrong, in a gentle but firm manner, and offer to help them make the right decision. If the person becomes defensive, don't fight them. Leave the discussion and pray for them. Let love lead you in all your confrontations.

MORNING PRAYER 🙏🏿…Dear God, I ask that Your love will guide me in every situation I am faced with. When it comes to correcting people, may You guide me, Lord. I know how easy it can be to become judgmental. This is not what I desire at all, Lord. I desire to build people up, not tear them down. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.🙏🏿

(Romans 8:3-4) “For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.”

MORNING INSPIRATION…The law of Moses was unable to save man from their sins. If anything, it exposed the futile man's attempts to live righteously, in their own power. Before Jesus Christ died and rose for mankind, we were all slaves to our sinful nature. We could not be saved. But because of what Christ did for us, we have been empowered above the power of sin. It is through Jesus Christ we are saved, redeemed, and empowered to live as children of God.

MORNING PRAYER 🙏🏿…Dear God, I thank You for the sacrifice You made through Your Son Jesus Christ. I acknowledge that without Christ, I would still be a slave to my sins. Thank You for empowering me and seating me in heavenly places with Christ. Thank You for setting me free, Lord. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.

(Psalms 34:6) “This poor man cried, and the LORD heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles.”

MORNING INSPIRATION…The Lord draws close to the broken-hearted. God doesn't delight in seeing His children being in pain. When He hears our cries, He rushes to our aid. He comforts us, He heals us, and He helps us get back on our feet. We can always find reassurance in God; He is always ready to give His love and His support. Always.

MORNING PRAYER 🙏🏿…Dear God, I am so grateful that I can turn to You – in good time and in times where it feels like I cannot keep going. Lord, thank You for always hearing my cries. When I am faced with painful situations, I find comfort in knowing that You are always with me. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen. 🙏🏿
