October 18, 2026 - 11am Worship Service | Overcoming by Faith Ministries

In this sermon, Pastor Ricky Temple explores how God sometimes places the answers, guidance, and restoration we need in the hands of people we previously dismissed or underestimated. Through the encounter between Saul and Ananias, he challenges believers to confront their pride, reconsider their judgments of others, and recognize that spiritual growth requires humility and a willingness to receive from unexpected people.

Sermon Notes: https://view.publitas.com/overcoming-by-faith-ministries/october_18_2026_sermon_notes_/

Scriptures:
Primary Scripture: Acts 9:10–19 (NIV)
- Acts 9:10–12 — God chooses Ananias to help Saul.
- Acts 9:13–14 — Ananias expresses concerns about Saul's past.
- Acts 9:15–16 — God reveals Saul's calling and purpose.
- Acts 9:17–19 — Saul receives healing, the Holy Spirit, and renewed strength.
