On Sunday 6/14, we welcomed Cesar fully into the Catholic Church. He had completed OCIA but got deployed right before Holy Saturday. Congratulations Cesar, your Cabrini family is proud of you! God Bless you and your family!

HOT OFF THE PRESS! Our Directories are FINALLY here!!!! I was so excited, that I called Father on his day off (which I usually reserve for emergencies). As you can tell by his picture, he was just as excited as I was! He's already picked up his directory. IF you had your picture taken, you may stop by the office to sign for and get your copy. If you are unable to pick up your copy this week, I will have them available after Masses next weekend. So excited for everyone to see the newest Cabrini directory!

Sweet Cabrini Food Pantry story. Yesterday, a man came to the office with a big box of food. He smiled and said your church Food Pantry helped me SO much when I was struggling. I'm doing much better now and I want to return the favor, so you can help someone else!

Spotted another lady while driving yesterday evening, who the food pantry had helped many times in the past. I was able to stop for a few minutes to check on her and she said she was doing better, she just had a birthday, and she was pretty sure she would be getting housing soon!

A big thank you to EVERYONE who has donated food/funds to the food pantry over the past few years. You are making a difference!

May God grant her eternal rest. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Kathryn Mason Williams.

Kathryn Mason Williams, July 2, 1948-June 2, 2026

Kathryn retired from the State of Georgia after 35 years of service. She loved her family, being on the water, boating, traveling and her animals. She also loved going to the zoo.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years Jimmy Slaton Williams, Sr; two sons, Jimmy Slaton "Slate" (Christy) Williams, Jr. and Thomas Michael Williams; four grandchildren, Sydney Williams, Justin Williams, Megan (Kyle) Marona, Jake Crowley; one great grandson, Max Marona.

Mrs. Williams loved her husband, children, grandchildren and friends and will be missed by everyone who knew her.

Visitation will be at St. Frances Cabrini at 4 pm on June 16th with a Memorial Service at 5 pm.

The Diocese of Savannah is hiring an Educational Support Coordinator for the Office of Catholic Schools!

The Office of Catholic Schools operates within the Catholic Pastoral Center serving approximately 5,000 students and 1,000 employees in 15 Catholic schools throughout South Georgia. Under the supervision of the Superintendent of Schools, the Educational Support Coordinator assists the Office of Catholic Schools team in administrative responsibilities in support of Catholic schools. The coordinator shares in the responsibility to provide and maintain a Catholic Christian environment conducive to fulfill the mission of the Church.

Candidates should:
• Be a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Catholic Church
• Have earned a high school diploma; certificate/degree from an accredited college/university preferred
• Have three to five years of successful administrative experience
• Exhibit an understanding of Catholic Theology and philosophy of Catholic education
