We are dedicated to empowering those near and far as they serve and lead with excellence, so they may too experience kingdom living. Our Vision
To create opportunities for impact and growth first inward through the development of people, then outward in the community, and finally upward by looking to Jesus who is the author and finisher of our faith. Scripture
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

The Shepherd Connects Us With Community.

Jesus says in John 10:16:
“…there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.”

The Shepherd Effect doesn’t just change my relationship with Him. It changes my relationship with them.

Following the same Shepherd should teach us how to walk with one another.

Ecclesiastes 4:9–10 says:
“Two are better than one…”
