Today was our yearly Pastor Aid Program at St. Peter M.B. Church. We started the service with a warm welcome by Brother Ronnie House, followed by a powerful sermon from Pastor Ronnie Wilson of Greater Concord M.B. Church. He preached from 2 Corinthians 12:7–10 on the subject, “We Fall Down, But We Get Back Up.” It was truly a powerful and encouraging message.

We thank everyone who came out to help celebrate our Pastor Aid Program. We ask that you continue to keep each and every one in your prayers. Have a blessed and safe week!

Today at St. Peter M.B. Church, our Youth Sunday service was truly a blessing. Our youth did an amazing job lifting praises unto God, opening with devotion and ministering throughout the service in song. We are so proud of our young people for allowing God to use them in such a mighty way. During Children hour, Sister Alexis Webb asked all the children to do a good deed within the next two weeks and be prepared to verbally share their deed with the congregation on Fifth Sunday.

In recognition of Mental Awareness Month, members were encouraged to wear green, the color representing mental health awareness, and special tokens were distributed to each member in support of spreading love, encouragement, and awareness throughout our community.

Pastor Odell Draper Jr. delivered a powerful message from Proverbs 22:15, teaching on the importance of training up our children, correcting them in love, and guiding them in the ways of the Lord.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for worship today and to all who continue to support St. Peter M.B. Church. We pray you have a blessed, peaceful, and safe week ahead. God bless!
