Today at St. Peter M.B. Church, we proudly wore PINK in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Sunday! We stand in love, support, and solidarity with breast cancer survivors, honoring their strength, courage, faith, and perseverance. 💕
Devotion was carried out by Jeremy Miller, Lindsey Draper, and Aubrey Rose Bailey.

Pastor Odell Draper Jr. brought forth the Word of God from Mark 11:23–26, with the powerful topic, “Do You Know How to Talk to God?” We were reminded of the importance of prayer, faith, forgiveness, and trusting God as we communicate with Him.

We are still celebrating Clergy Month!!
Our dynamic youth department showered Pastor Draper and First Lady with gifts today.

Next Sunday, we will bring awareness to Domestic Violence Awareness and Down Syndrome Awareness.

💜 Domestic Violence Awareness: Everyone is encouraged to wear PURPLE to show support, spread awareness, and stand with those affected by domestic violence…… OR

💙💛 Down Syndrome Awareness: Feel free to wear BLUE or YELLOW to help bring awareness, promote acceptance, and celebrate the value and uniqueness of individuals with Down syndrome.

Let’s continue to come together as a church family to spread love, support meaningful causes, and shine a light on important issues in our community.

Today was a beautiful and meaningful day at St. Peter M.B. Church as we hosted our First Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Dinner!

Thanks to the vision of Sister Pamela Fondren, this special occasion became a reality. We are grateful for her vision, dedication, and desire to bring this meaningful program to life.

A special highlight of the day was recognizing our surprise honoree, Sister Lue Bertia Ware of Pope Chapel M.B. Church! It was a blessing to honor her during this special occasion.

Today, we were blessed to have the following breast cancer survivors in attendance. We celebrate their strength, courage, faith, and perseverance. Each of their journeys is a powerful reminder that hope lives, faith sustains, and every day is a reason to give God praise.

When God gives a vision and His people come together with willing hearts, beautiful things can happen! Today was about more than a dinner; it was about awareness, sisterhood, encouragement, celebration, and the power of faith and community.
