Join Us: Interfaith Day of Understanding — May 17th

One of the many ways to create community is through inter-faith understanding and education.. On Sunday, May 17th, we invite you to our second annual Interfaith Day of Understanding — an afternoon of meaningful conversation, shared stories, and open hearts with faith leaders across Saratoga and West San Jose. There will be diverse faith leaders, opportunities for more intimate break-out sessions, and an amazing vegetarian meal with hosted conversations.

This year's theme: Why is there suffering, and how are we called to alleviate it?

Whether you come curious, passionate, or simply looking to connect, you are welcome here. The afternoon will feature keynote speakers, panel discussions, and breakout sessions with a local faith leader of your choice.

What are your fondest memories of summer camp? ⛺

Marshmallows over a fire, singing and dancing, trekking through the woods, life-long friends? Prince of Peace has been helping kids have those special experiences for 24 years.

🌲Right now we are raising funds to send 15 children from a local shelter to a spirit bolstering overnight camp in God's creation: the Santa Cruz mountain redwoods.

After just two weeks, we have already funded 9 children! Can you help give a child a a break from life's challenges?

💲Camp, supplies, and bus transportation for one child is $540, but ANY amount helps us reach our goal of serving these children.
