I hope Hubbard has, and continues to be, tormented daily by his decision. He is fully responsible for my abuse by not reporting my abuser's first and second confirmed allegations of abuse in the late 1970's and early 1980's. My abuser, Mark Haight, should have been in prison long before meeting me. As stated by Hubbard, "I was not a mandated reporter."

Instead, Mark Haight lives as a private citizen at 1600 Woosley Street, Schenectady, NY 12303 - three blocks from a middle school. He wasn't a poor feeble priest when he was released by the church. He was a young 47 year old pe*****le with access to children, and not on any s*x registry - because of Hubbard.
