I’ve never been a big fan of using facebook as “the daily me”, but the Lord has been speaking to me about my eating habits and health (I’m type 2 diabetic and have heart disease/high cholesterol), so today I am starting a gluten free Mediterranean diet plan.
Breakfast today was overnight oats made with greek yogurt, almond milk, and chia seeds topped with fresh strawberries and blueberries. Enjoyed it thoroughly!
