Our high school mission team made it safely to Santiago, Dominican Republic, for a week of service and cultural immersion! Partnering with Futuro Lleno de Esperanza, our students will lead a summer day camp for local children, work alongside Dominican teenagers, and assist with community improvement projects. Participants will learn about Dominican culture by cooking traditional meals, conserving water, washing clothes without modern appliances, and exploring the realities of poverty, development work, and community resilience. We pray this trip will deepen their faith and broaden their understanding of God’s work around the world. Please keep these students and their chaperones in your prayers this week!

Men of Redeemer volunteered at Meals On Wheels of Sarasota yesterday, packing meals and then pairing up for home deliveries. Thanks to all the men who helped! If you'd like to join them next time, there are three more opportunities: Fridays, July 10, August 14, and September 11. The shifts run from 9:30 a.m. to noon. Sign up at RedeemerSarasota.org/Register.

Meal on Wheels is one of Redeemer’s key outreach partners, and this is a great chance to make a difference in the lives of homebound seniors and individuals in our community when they need us most.

Redeemer’s Faithful Friends Pet Ministry is holding a pet food donation drive to help Meals on Wheels clients with pets. Parishioners can drop off any pet food in the donation can in Gillespie Hall, and members of the ministry will take it to Meals On Wheels of Sarasota, one of Redeemer’s key outreach partners. Wet dog food is especially needed. The drive ends this Sunday, June 14.

Come and see what it’s like to be a part of Redeemer’s children and youth choirs! All children who can read through rising seniors in high school are invited to participate in this summer’s Find Your Voice choir introduction camp. The camp will take place every Sunday in July from 10:10-10:40 a.m. in Room 202-204. No musical experience is required. Just come and have some fun as we make music together! Feed My Sheep was a big success on Sunday! We made sandwiches and packed sack lunches for distribution this week at The Resurrection House, Sarasota, one of our key local outreach partners. Thank you to all who helped! Join us again this Sunday, June 14, between the 9 and 11 a.m. services for another opportunity to help with Feed My Sheep!
