Volunteer of the Month 🤍

This month, we’re celebrating Maria! From serving on the Worship Team to pouring into our Kids ministry, Maria faithfully uses the gifts God has given her to serve others and glorify Him.

For Maria, serving has been about stepping outside of her comfort zone, trusting God, and remembering who she’s doing it for. Her heart for the next generation is also a huge part of why she serves, wanting to help kids know Jesus and have a strong foundation in their faith.

If you’ve been thinking about serving but haven’t taken the step yet, just do it. Find where you can use what God has given you, get connected, and see what He can do through you. 🙌

How we treat people matters. 🤍

Today, we continued our Sermon on the Mount series in Matthew 7:1–12 and were reminded that Jesus calls us to look at our own hearts before judging others.

Instead of being quick to judge, we’re called to lead with grace, love others as we love ourselves, and treat people the way we want to be treated.

Let’s be a church that loves people well. 🙌

Today, Pastor Blake continued our Sermon on the Mount series and challenged us to look at our heart posture toward money. What we have can be used to glorify God, bless others, and further His Kingdom, but it was never meant to have our hearts.
