This weekend we have ✌️ ways for you to get connected with our church family!

If you enjoy the sand and sun, we've got a Beach Day and Baptism planned for this Saturday, June 25th @ 10 AM at North Lido Beach (look for the flag with the church logo) ☀️🏖

Or if you're more of a park kind of person, we're doing a Family Meet Up Sunday, June 26th right after church at Fruitville Park (5151 Richardson Rd, Sarasota). Bring your lunch and hang out afterwards for Kan Jam, Corn Hole, or maybe a game of Kickball! 🥏🛝

We can't wait to connect with you this weekend!

Hey Families- Mark your calendar - we're taking Family Sunday to the next level this month!

After the service on June 26th we'll head over to Fruitville Park (5151 Richardson Rd, Sarasota, FL 34232) for a family meet up.

Pack a lunch or run through the drive-thru before you get there, then join us for lunch and some hang time. We'll have Kan Jam on hand and other activities available for the whole family.

Hi Parents- Due to Ms. Becky's injury and other volunteers being out of town, the nursery will be self serve again this Sunday.

We have lots of opportunities to minister in the nursery over the summer! If you have a heart to share Jesus with the babies and toddlers in our FOB family, contact Lisa @ 941-894-8824.

Hi Families- Ms. Becky is the backbone of the nursery ministry at FOB! She loves our children well and pours so much time, energy and resources into them. Let's bless her by giving back in a tangible way!

Becky & Shane recently moved into a new home which is very exciting but in preparation for the move, Becky fell and broke her wrist! Becky has been in quite a bit of pain and is having surgery on June 1st to fix the break. She has approximately 6 weeks of rest & recovery. If you would like to help r...

Hi Families- Due to the holiday weekend, many of our volunteers are out of town and unable to serve in the nursery. So this Sunday, May 29th the nursery will be self serve.
As always, the service will be live-streamed in the nursery, and all amenities will be available for your use.

Our memory verse for the Wonder Why series is Exodus 15:11. Below are the preschool and elementary versions that our kids are learning!

Try to take minute each day to go over these verses with your kids and then ask, "What is something about God that fills you with wonder?" We bet the answers might surprise you!

Hey Parents- This past Sunday we challenged your kids to a Summer Giving Challenge!

The challenge is to raise at least $100 in offerings from our preschool and elementary classes by August 6th. Every dollar raised will go to the One More Child Organization.

OMC provides local and global opportunities to aid foster children, hungry children, single moms, s*x trafficking victims and struggling families. For more info about One More Child, click this link: https://onemorechild.org

If we meet or exceed our goal at the end of the summer, we will have a fun surprise for the kids! So empty those change jars, give your kids some extra chores to earn money, or set up a lemonade stand at the end of your driveway!

This is a great opportunity for our kids to be the hands and feet of Jesus, and to impact our community with His love!
