Our church is doing over 85 Outreaches in the Lakewood Ranch area alone during Serve Week next week. Rhoda and I are are excited to lead 6 of them at Resurrection House, Salvation Army, Bridge a Life and more. They've asked us to invite others to join us in volunteering. We were blessed to take a ministry trip to Mississippi recently to connect with some great friends, church leaders, and do some handyman work. We have learned that when God lines up a place for us to go, He leads us into the kind of situations where we can make a difference for Him in people's lives and we are grateful for the opportunity!

I had a great time this week at Kings Station in downtown Bradenton, meeting with area mayors, pastors and leaders to discuss how we can work together to make our community a safer place. As we embrace the teachings of Jesus and how to treat each other, even when we disagree, we will see our community blessed like never before!

NEW EVERY MORNING (Journey Series, Ep. 53)
In episode 53 of our Journey through the Scriptures we continue Jeremiah’s story timeline, now in the book of Lamentations. God used him to exhort and encourage the Israelites as they began their many years of exile. The Israelites aren’t keen to his messages. Jeremiah feels betrayed, mocked all day long while he himself is also in exile. Lamentations shares his grief and yet he finds a way to pivot in the middle of this grief to find hope on God. How does he do it, what does he discover? Find out in this short message.

The Bible College from S. Asia asked Rhoda to share online live teachings once again this week. This teaching is on prayer, worship and fasting. She teaches for 2 hours each morning from 5AM to 7AM all week and it's such a blessing to connect with these students after getting to know them during our month stay there. We are grateful for opportunities to ministers for God's Kingdom!
