Meet Michael Reed, our Vision Students Leader! ๐Ÿ™Œ

Michael has a genuine heart for teenagers and a passion for reaching and encouraging the next generation. Through The Vision Students, he is committed to helping our teens grow in their relationship with Jesus, build a strong foundation of faith, and know they have a place where they belong.

Michael and his wife, Renee, are also proud parents of two boys! His heart for the next generation extends beyond The Vision Students. Youโ€™ll often find him lending a hand with The Vision Kids and stepping in wherever thereโ€™s a need. Michael is always willing to serve and be a part of what God is doing at The Vision.

Today weโ€™re excited to introduce Ashlynn Stone, our Preschool Director! ๐Ÿ’›

Ashlynn has faithfully served in the Kids Ministry at The Vision Church since 2022, and this year, she stepped into her new role as Preschool Director! ๐Ÿ™Œ

With 8 years of experience working in preschool and daycare settings, Ashlynn brings a wealth of experience, patience, and a genuine heart for little ones. We are so thankful to have someone who is passionate about creating a safe, fun, and loving environment where our preschoolers can learn about Jesus and know just how much He loves them! โค๏ธ

Next up, weโ€™re excited to introduce our Assistant Childrenโ€™s Church Director, Amanda Morris! โค๏ธ

Amanda has faithfully served as our Assistant Childrenโ€™s Church Director for the past 3 years and has a true heart for children and ministry. She has also been a teacher at Satsuma Christian School for 11 years, pouring into the lives of children both inside and outside the church.

Amanda and her husband, Casey, have three wonderful children, and we are so thankful for the love, experience, and dedication she brings to our Kids Ministry each week!

When you see Mrs. Amanda around church, be sure to say hello! ๐Ÿ‘‹ Weโ€™re blessed to have her as part of our Kids Ministry leadership team as we continue creating a place where children can learn about Jesus, grow in their faith, and know just how loved they are! ๐Ÿ™Œ

โœจ MEET OUR KIDS MINISTRY TEAM! โœจ

Weโ€™ve been so blessed to welcome many new children and families to The Vision Church, along with many new faces following us here on Facebook! Over the next few days, we want to take a moment to introduce you to some of the people who have the privilege of loving, leading, and teaching your children each week. โค๏ธ

First up, meet our Childrenโ€™s Church Director, Byron Fillingim! ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿผ

Byron has served as the Childrenโ€™s Church Director at The Vision Church since 2011. He has a heart for helping children not only learn the stories of the Bible, but truly understand who Jesus is and how His Word applies to their everyday lives.

Byron is a graduate of the University of Mobile and, together with his wife, Melody, is raising their son, Maddox. Being a dad has made his passion for childrenโ€™s ministry even stronger and has given him an even greater appreciation for the trust parents place in our ministry each week.

For Byron, Childrenโ€™s Church is about much more than having fun on Sunday mornings. His desire is to create an environment where every child feels loved, welcomed, and excited to come to church, while building a foundation of faith that they can carry with them for the rest of their lives.

Weโ€™re excited about what God is doing in the next generation at The Vision Church! ๐Ÿ™Œ
