MEET THE TEAM⁠⁠
Hey, I'm Demetrus. I've been serving on the media team on the media team for almost five years now, and I enjoy it more and more everyday. If you attend a West campus service, you'll find me behind the booth manning the camera and livestream or you'll see me out and about taking pictures of everything that's going on around me. During the week, I can sometimes be found at my computer editing almost all the videos you see on Sundays. ⁠

Serving in the church has given me a community of people to work with that, more often than not, feels like a family. I would not be where I was today if it wasn't for Allan and Bobbi teaching me all the basics I know in my first year serving.

MEET THE TEAM⁠⁠
Hi, my name is Haylee Lynd. I have been serving on the Redemption Media team for a little over two years. If you count students, I have been serving with tech for almost 4 years. I am the Production Assistant and have the privilege of serving our team. On Sundays, you can usually find me in the booth producing or you will see me running around to make sure everything is up and running. I might jump on camera or ProPresenter every once in a while too.⁠
⁠
I love serving on the media team because I get to serve the Lord humbly from the background. I love our volunteers too. They each have such a heart for Christ and they are such servants.⁠

I have grown so much in my walk with Christ since joining the media team and I truly think its because of the people I am around. I have learned so much through this ministry and am honored to be apart of it.

That’s a wrap on Christmas at Redemption 2021! Thank you so much Redemption Church family for coming out and celebrating the birth of our savior with us. It was a beautiful night of worship, filled with many surprises. We also want to say thank you to our Redemption Creative Arts team for serving and helping to make this night happen! MEET THE TEAM⁠⁠
Hi, my name is Allan Farnum, and I have been serving on the Media Team since the West campus was established(October 2016). I mainly serve on sound at West Campus, but, sometimes, I serve on Broadcast Audio or Tech Director at our North Campus. ⁠
⁠
I serve because God has called me to serve and use my talents. Also, I serve because I have seen my parents serve so regularly. What I love about serving, especially where I serve, is that it is behind the scenes. I am kinda nerdy and techy so it suits me.⁠
⁠
I have had the pleasure and excitement to be a part of the Coleman brothers, Demetrus and Aaron, growing in their service to God. Being a small part of leading them to grow as leaders and Christlike servants has been most rewarding. And, now, I just love seeing how much everyone on the team helps out with everything. No one ever says, "That's not my job or I don't know how." Everyone on the team will lend a hand! I love these people with all my heart.

I am a sophomore Production Technologies major with a minor in music at the University of Mobile.⁠

I joined the tech team at Redemption because I wanted a place where I could use what I've learned to get practical experience in my field outside of school, but more importantly so I can use my abilities to serve the Lord with excellence.⁠

Music has always been a passion of mine, and after discovering I have perfect pitch (which I've always considered a blessing from God to use for His goodness) I've invested into it, and I am continuing with music through Ram Corps and the symphonic winds ensemble.⁠

MEET THE TEAM⁠⁠
My name is Travis Willard. I have been on the Redemption Media Team since November of 2020, almost a year. I am the "Creative Arts Minister" and have the joy and privilege of leading this wonderful team. On Sundays, you can usually find me in the booth running sound or lights or running around putting out fires (No ACTUAL fires yet to s***f out). ⁠

I love serving on the media team because I love serving the background role to a T. I want to do things with such excellence that it's not even noticed. I heard it said once in regards to a sound system that "the best sound system is the one you don't know is there," and I feel that way about my role at Redemption. I want to do things so well that only Christ is noticed, not myself. ⁠

The media team is just as much worship leaders as the people on stage. We lead through creativity and through ex*****on of duties. ⁠
