Proverbs 22:6 reminds us that raising the next generation is about more than rules and routines. It’s about consistently pointing them toward truth, wisdom, and ultimately toward Jesus.

Today we learned about how God calls us to use our gifts and work together to build Gods kingdom. Each kiddo had to work together to keep the balloons from falling or popping as they walked around the room.

This is a great picture of what it was like for God’s people to build the tabernacle. God gave some people the gift of working with metal, some the gift of sewing, and some the gift of working with wood. Some people even had the metal, the fabric, and the wood to contribute to the project! Everyone used what God had given them, and they all carefully worked together to build a special place for God.

The early mornings, the packed schedules, the questions, the prayers, the correction, the encouragement, the showing up again and again... it all matters.

You may not see the fruit of every conversation today, but every time you point your kids toward Jesus, you’re planting something eternal.

Keep praying. Keep leading. Keep loving. Keep showing them what it looks like to follow Christ in the everyday moments.
