Building Manager

Position: Full-time (Sunday-Thursday, with occasional additions)
Purpose: Cleaning and maintaining church property.

Basic Qualifications:
· Christian faith and character
· Positive “can do” spirit
· Team player
· Ability to maintain confidentiality.
· Knowledge and ability for cleaning and maintenance.

Basic Duties
· Cleaning the church building daily.
· Handling minor maintenance and coordinating repairs for major maintenance.
· Clear walkways and entrances of sleet and snow.
· Ensure vans are prepared for trips.
· Set up tables, chairs, equipment, etc. for meetings and dinners.
· Locking and unlocking the building.
