Thank you for your patience as we experienced technical difficulties with our partner site of "MONUMENTAL" proportions (see what we did there?? 🤣😐)! Things should be up and running smoothly now!

REGISTRATION IS OFFICIALLY OPEN FOR SANTEE UMC'S VBS 2022!!!!

We can't WAIT to see you all there!!

"Monumental" VBS is coming to Santee UMC from July 25th through July 29th! Each day, participants will have the opportunity to grow in their faith and relationships with one another through amazing music, crafts, snacks, Bible Stories, and more! They'll also have the opportunity to GIVE BACK to their communities through fun and creative service work!!

This VBS is geared towards children in kindergarten through sixth grade. We don't want ANYTHING to keep a child from the transformative experience that is Vacation Bible School, so we work REALLY HARD all year to raise funds so that we can offer it to the children in our community FOR FREE!! If you would like to make a donation to help in these efforts, please follow the donation link on our registration website.

Registration for this year's IN PERSON VBS, "Treasured", is now open!!!! Spaces will be limited this year to abide by COVID safety guidelines, so please register your little ones TODAY!

“Treasured” VBS is coming to Santee UMC July 19-23, from 9 AM-12 PM! We will be gathering in person once again, however, we will need to take a few extra precautions, such as limiting attendance. Join us as we embark on an EPIC quest!!!! Join us at Santee United Methodist Church from July 19th-23rd as we celebrate what makes us UNIQUE and TREASURED BY GOD!!

Our Vacation Bible Schools are geared towards children in kindergarten through sixth grade. To keep everyone safe and abide by COVID regulations, we will be limiting the number of participants this year.

At Santee UMC, we believe every child should get to experience the powerful impact of VBS... so we work really hard to be able to offer this amazing program for FREE to the children in our communities!!

It's never too early to talk about Vacation Bible School!!

Santee UMC proudly presents "Roar" VBS, a week-long, FREE summer camp for kids in kindergarten through 6th grades. At "Roar", kids will learn how to lean on God when life gets "wild" through hands-on activities, games, crafts, music, service projects, delicious snacks, and so much more!

We're greasing our gears and firing up our imaginations... Santee United Methodist Church will be hosting a "Robot Build Contest"! The finished Bots will be displayed and judged on Sunday, May 7th, in between services. Winners from each category will win a prize! All Robots will be displayed throughout "Maker Fun Factory" and returned to their creators afterward.

Have some fun and help create some awesome decorations for this year's Vacation Bible School!

Imagine a world where curious kids become hands-on inventors who discover they’re lovingly crafted by God!

At Santee United Methodist Church, we're "gearing up" for another wonderful Vacation Bible School!! Join us from July 17th- July 21st, as we come together to explore what makes us unique, purposefully made, creations of God!

This week-long day camp is open to children in kindergarten through sixth grade. We will also have a few openings for preschoolers, but space is limited.

This program is a community outreach for Santee United Methodist Church, and is COMPLETELY FREE for your child!!

Day 2 at Cave Quest VBS brought COURAGE!! We learned that "Jesus Gives Us Courage!" FOLLOW HIM!! :-) We heard a Bible Story about Jesus and Peter, and even got to WALK ON WATER, just like Peter did!! We made "God's Eyes" and Stalagmites, played some awesome games, and learned about The Polinsky Center, and how we can help the children who visit it feel loved and safe. We LOVED music time with Miss Anne, Miss Sandy, Pastor Christian, and Skeeter!

We had a GREAT first day at Cave Quest VBS!! We met Sal, the Salamander, inspected cool rocks and Geodes, and learned about phosphoresce in Imagination Station!

In the KidVid and Missions Cave, we learned about Fiji, and a big cyclone that hit the islands this last February. We even got to meet a man who just got back from a mission trip in Fiji!

In Deep Bible Quests, we heard an AMAZING Bible Story that helped us to know that "Jesus Gives Us Hope!"

We had a lot of fun playing with Mr. Mark and Mr. Norm in games. When our "lights" were extinguished, we knew that we could count on our friends for help. It also felt pretty good to get wet on this warm Santee day!

Snack time was so cool! Our Cavern Café Leaders made delicious treats for us... and we ate them... IN CAVES!!

Our opening and closing celebrations with Miss Anne, Miss Sandy, and Skeeter are always fun! We love the music and dancing. This year, we got to meet Skeeter's Spelunking Buddy, Pastor Christian!

We can't WAIT for Day 2 at Cave Quest VBS!!
