. We have regular meditation programs on Monday evenings and Sunday mornings. We also host classes and short retreats, as well as longer retreats in other North Bay locations. Our director and founding teacher is John Tarrant Roshi, author of Bring Me the Rhinoceros and Other Zen Koans to Save Your Life, and The Light Inside the Dark: Zen, Soul and the Spiritual Life.
