Church Office Administrative Assistant
Position Announcement
United By Grace Community Church (formerly known as Knox Presbyterian and Thanksgiving Lutheran Churches) is a combined congregation with a goal to make a positive difference in the lives of all of creation locally and worldwide. We are an all-inclusive LGBTQIA+ affirming neighborhood congregation, seeking a part-time Church Office Administrative Assistant.
The Administrative Assistant is a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and computer skills with specific expertise in Microsoft Word (utilizing a PC). This person will provide assistance to the pastor in a variety of general office responsibilities including but not limited to: creation of weekly Sunday bulletins, communication to the congregation, and support with communicating with Leadership teams and committees. The Administrative Assistant should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others and exhibits polite and professional communication with colleagues, volunteers, or visitors whether in-person or by phone, e-mail, or mail.

CALLING ALL CAROLING FOLKS!!! Sat. 12/21 we will meet at the church at 1:30 p.m. Cookies and Cocoa will be served. We will practice a couple of Christmas songs. IF it is not raining we can go down West Third Street neighborhoods. At 2:30 The Silvercrest Senior Apartments will be expecting us INDOORS to spread our caroling JOY!
