We are pleased to announce that Brothers Naradananda and Sakhyananda will visit Santa Rosa for two days to spend time with us in meditation and fellowship.

Tuesday May 19 Evening retreat at the Traditional Medicinals Retreat Center at 4744 Gravenstein Highway North, Sebastopol.
5:00 - 6:15 PM - Inspirational video “In Master's Footsteps: Sri Daya Mata’s visit to India, 1958-59.”
7:00 - 9:00 PM - Group Energization Exercises & meditation and review of the Hong Sau and Aum Techniques. Only SRF students can attend the 7 - 9 pm review of the Hong Sau and Aum Techniques; those who have received the SRF lessons and can show their SRF student card.

Wednesday May 20
12:00 PM - Tour of Luther Burbank Home & Gardens, 203 Santa Rosa Ave, Santa Rosa 95404. Website: https://lutherburbank.org.
There will be a docent-lead tour of the house and gardens. The tour begins at noon and the cost of this private tour is $12 per person, payable by check to SRMG or cash to Duncan before the tour begins. You are welcome to tour on your own as well. We will meet up for lunch and fellowship afterwards. Please bring your own lunch.
7:30 - 8:30 PM - Satsanga at the Santa Rosa chapel. Please place your questions in the Donation Box in the SRMG Chapel before April 12. They will select some of them that they will answer during the Satsanga.

Monastic Visit!

We are pleased to announce that Brothers Naradananda and Sakhyananda will visit Santa Rosa for two days to spend time with us in meditation and fellowship. We are fortunate to have this opportunity to meet with SRF monastics, which typically happens only once a year, if we are lucky!

Holiday Events

We will be holding our annual Christmas Potluck on Saturday December 6 at the Traditional Medicinals Retreat Center from 12:00 noon to 4:00 P.M. We hope you can join us for this afternoon of holiday celebration and fellowship. Please plan to bring a vegetarian dish to share.

Also, we will be streaming the All Day Christmas Meditation from our chapel from 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. on Saturday, December 13. Please note for this service:

• Arrive early to get settled for the service and/or to do Energization Exercises.
• Please bring a fruit devotional offering which represents devotion to the Master and the line of Self-Realization Fellowship Gurus.
• Please bring a monetary donation for the service as a symbol of loyalty and faithfulness to the cause of Self-Realization Fellowship. Donations for this service will be sent to the Mother Center.
• We encourage you to stay as long as you can for the service to immerse yourself in deep meditation. If you need to leave early, this will be OK during periods of chanting and the mid-day break.

Please join us creating inner peace this December. We welcome members and friends to our Christmas vegetarian potluck Saturday, Dec. 6 at Noon - 4pm and streaming online Christmas all-day meditation on Saturday, Dec. 13, 10 AM-6 PM. (You can leave earlier if you need to, on the hour.) The Christmas Meditation is a wonderful way to go deep and store spiritual strength for the year. Meditations are broken up with chanting and inspirational readings.
