This Sunday, we are beginning a new series called “The Greatest Comebacks Of The Bible.” Comebacks often remind us of the circumstances in life when we face a seemingly impossible challenge, and yet God comes through. Today, Pastor Terry will speak on “When You Face Impossible Odds.” In Hebrews 11, we are introduced to some of the greatest characters of faith. In this chapter, we are reminded of the story of Abraham, who would be tested like few others but find God faithful to bring victory.

Over the last several weeks, we have been focused on a series called “Making Your Life Count.” In many places in the Bible, we are reminded that God was working before the creation of the world on not only a plan for mankind but a plan for us. Pastor Terry will conclude our series by talking on “Living A Life Of Righteousness.” In Ephesian 1:4, Paul writes that it was “He chose us in Him before the creation of the world to be holy…” While we were created originally as holy, sin separated us from God and He desires to restore us back into His image.

Happy Memorial Day Weekend! During this special time of year, we acknowledge the sacrifice of countless men and women in our nation’s history who paid the ultimate price to keep us free. At the same time, we realize the picture we are given of Christ’s death, which brought freedom to all of mankind. Pastor Terry will speak on “Living With The Right Priorities.” Just before going to the cross, Jesus shared that “greater love has no man than he lay down his life for a friend.” No truer words have been spoken, and no gift greater has been given to each of us.

This weekend, we will continue our series called “Making Your Life Count.” God’s heart for us is that we live a life beyond what we can ask or think. He has promised His help to reach greater heights. Pastor Terry will speak on “Living With A Heart Of Love.” There is no more transforming power than the love God works in us so that He can work through us. In Luke 10, we find a story of that love that can radically alter our lives.
