Praying this morning and the Holy Spirit told me to look up the definition of "crusade".

He also reminded me that HE gave us the name Maranatha Crusade Ministries! Praying for the vision to be revealed.

Maranatha Family, Friends and Supporters,

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the postponement of Maranatha Crusade 2013. Despite our disappointment we remain confident in God’s goodness and sovereignty, and for whatever reason it appears this November is not the time for our return. But in faith we continue to pray and pursue God’s plan so that when He again says “GO” we will be ready.

Last year’s event was an “only God” experience for all, and we do not want the next Crusade to be any less. So we wait with both hope and anticipation for God to unfold the next chapter in His plan. In truth our hope is to return in the early part of 2014, but this faith journey is not our course to set but God’s. We are seeking Him and His will continually.

It has been a year of great difficulty for Maranatha, but we don’t look at our circumstances, we look to God who is, has been and will always be faithful. We know He knows our love for the people of the Philippines and we know His love for them as well, so we trust the next opportunity to minister to them there is just up ahead as He continues to prepare both our hearts and theirs.

All funds raised so far remain safe in the care of Hope Chapel Orange Coast. It is through Hope Chapel OC that we will continue to raise funds for the next Maranatha Crusade. Please continue to support this ministry with your prayers. We thank and bless every one of you for your continued support. Please keep our family and team in prayer as we seek the Lord for his wisdom and direction.

Maranatha Crusade 2nd Annual Worship Concert TONIGHT! 6pm Sound Chapel Santa Ana (by South Coast Plaza). Tickets are $8. All money raised will help our 2013 team do a three day crusade in Bacolod City, Philippines this November.

So blessed by an amazing 2013 Maranatha Crusade Team! We all have a heart for the Philippines and a passion to share the gospel with the world! Please pray for us as we continue to fund raise and plan for our November departure to the Bacolod City!
