WORLD CHANGERS AND HISTORY MAKERS

"These who have turned the world upside down have come here too." - Acts 17:6

Five things that are true about this kind of world changers.

1. They know who they are in Christ.

"If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold all things have become new." - 2 Cor 5:17 
"I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me." - Gal 2:20
"You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world." - 1John 4:4.

2. They know what their message is:

"For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes." - Rom 1:16 
"And they went out and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them confirming His word with the accompanying signs." - Mark 16:20

3. They know what their mission is:

"...to turn unbelievers from darkness to light from the power of Satan unto God." - Acts 26:19
"The Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost." - Luke 19:10

4. They are bold and uncompromising

"And when they had prayed, the place where they were assembled together was shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness." - Acts 4:31

5. They are willing to suffer and sacrifice for what they believe.

"For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain." - Phil 1:21

A team of ten members from Regina Victory Church recently returned from a week-long missions’ trip to Streets Alive Mission in Lethbridge, Alberta. The trip was a deeply impactful experience and we encourage others to consider serving on a short-term missions team within Canada.

This Christmas, Victory Children’s Homes Foundation is launching a special Christmas Hamper Outreach to bless the orphaned children in our care.

We want to provide each child with a food hamper for Christmas—a practical gift that brings provision, joy, and hope to children who are so precious to us.

Christmas is a time to celebrate the greatest gift of all—Jesus—and to share His love with others. Through this outreach, we have the opportunity to remind these children that they are loved, valued, and never forgotten.

🎁 Our goal is simple: to make Christmas a little brighter for an orphaned child.

We invite our churches, sponsors, families, and friends to join us in making this outreach possible.

📅 Donation Deadline: November 30, 2026

MAKING DISCIPLES WHO MAKE DISCIPLES

"Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." - Matthew 28:19-20 NKJ

If believers make disciples who are obedient, God will multiply them. Obedience to God's Word and multiplication growth are always closely linked.
"Then the word of God spread, and the number of the disciples multiplied greatly in Jerusalem, and a great many of the priests were obedient to the faith." - Acts 6:7

Discipleship is a decision to follow Jesus and learn His ways "Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me" - Matthew 11:29. Disciple means being an apprentice to someone.

Therefore, discipleship is helping people to understand, believe and obey God. Jesus spent over three years pouring Himself into His disciples. He molded their lives and modeled His message before them. "A pupil is not superior to his teacher, but everyone [when he is] completely trained (readjusted, restored, set to rights, and perfected) will be like his teacher" - Luke 6:40 AMP

"Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were uneducated and untrained men, they marveled. And they realized that they had been with Jesus" - Acts 4:1

Throughout history when people came to understand what Jesus was really offering, they would sacrifice anything - money, comfort, home or security, to get the chance to be an apprentice to Him. As new Christians commit themselves to be accountable to more mature believers, true discipleship and mentorship can be facilitated. Discipleship comes out of relationship and leadership comes out of discipleship.

The Church at Thessalonica and Ephesus are examples of a successful process of discipleship.

1. Paul cared for the believers as a mother cares for her children.
(1 Thessalonians 2:7-8)

2. Paul became a role model for the believers
(1 Thessalonians 2:9-10; 2 Timothy 3:10)

3. Paul gave individual attention and instruction as a father
(1 Thessalonians 2:11-12, 1 Corinthians 4:21)

4. Paul taught them the Word.
Biblical truth is an essential component of Biblical discipleship
(1Thessalonians 2:13)

5. Paul started by correcting their understanding of the Holy Spirit
(Acts 19:1-7).

6. Paul took time to make disciples.
Teaching in the school of Tyrannus daily for two years - Acts 19:8-10.

7. Paul's strategy affects entire communities.
His efforts in making disciples went beyond the school of Tyrannus encompassing the Ephesian Church and changing the spiritual climate over the whole area.

"I kept back nothing that was helpful, but proclaimed it to you, and taught you publicly and from house to house, testifying to Jews, and also to Greeks, repentance toward God and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ" - Acts 20:17-21. If the Church today did what Paul did at Ephesus, we would have the same results:

"So the word of the Lord grew mightily and prevailed" - Acts 19:20
(see also Mark 16:20).

The result is a multiplication explosion leading to gospel globalization!

Pastors Terry and Bernadita Melnychuk are the current directors of the Victory Mission House in Ensenada, Mexico. They are preparing for an exciting transition where they will be partnering with an experienced Mexican educational organization to revitalize a Bible college that will train pastors, leaders, and missionaries. Their vision is to equip workers who can minister throughout southern Mexico, Central America, and South America, helping reach the Spanish-speaking world with the Gospel.

ACTIVATE YOUR FAITH - LIVE YOUR DREAM

“Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that you can ask or think according to the power that works in us” - Eph 3:20

Joshua 1:8 Think right - Ask Right - Do it right. 
Read Isa 55:8-92. Cor 5:7 “We Walk by faith not by sight.”

The devil doesn’t mind you thinking and even speaking words of faith if you don’t take steps of faith.

1. The Dreams I like are those that come from deep imaginative thinking inspired by God’s Word and prayer..

Nehemiah 1&2: Nehemiah received news about Gods people and work, then he prayed and fasted for four months, and the opportunity came. v12 “What my God had put in my heart to do at Jerusalem.” Heart power is stronger than head power! I am convinced that doing big things for God and with God starts with a big dream. Vision is empowering to the person who has it. It will give you a glimpse of what the future could look like if you do certain things. All risk taking begins with the word Vision or Imagine. David had killed the bear, and the Lion, now he is about to face Goliath, and he said, “he will be like one of them.” Before he killed Goliath, he could see the outcome in his imagination, and it empowered him to run towards the giant and slay Goliath with one of his five stones in a sling shot!

Albert Einstein said, “Your imagination is a preview of your life’s coming attraction”

2. Before God can use people in a big way He has to expand their thinking.

He takes you on a journey to expand your mind. I built my first Church on 43 acres of land. After I bought the land and made plans, I began to panic when I realized how much it was going to cost. So, my wife and I went down to Oral Roberts University and saw how he had purchased 500 acres of land and built a whole Christian Complex on it. I said to myself, “if the God I serve can do this for Oral Roberts, then He can certainly do this small 43-acre project for me.” So, we stepped out in faith and God came through for us.

God said in Jeremiah 33:3 “Call to Me, and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things which you do not know.” He is the God who showed Fleming how to take a piece of molding bread and turn it into the miracle of Penicillin and showed Edison how to make the light bulb.

John D Rockefeller read Gen 6:14. When Noah built the ark, he was told to put pitch all over it. Rockefeller knew that where there was pitch there was oil, so he found out where the ark was built in the Middle East, dug an oil well there and struck oil! Rockefeller was a northern Baptist and gave $80 million to a struggling Bible College that eventually became the University of Chicago. Rockefeller said, he lived by John Wesley’s dictum on finances, “gain all you can by honest means, save all you can by being thrifty and give all you can by being generous.”

3. The process of a Dream is like this: I thought it, I sought it, I caught it, I got it.

The future belongs to those who are willing to invest in it. In Hebrews 11 all the Heroes of faith had a Dream; they kept trying, learning and expanding Gods kingdom. Exodus 14:15

Henry John Heinz founder of the Heinz 57 varieties said two things directed his life and kept him going through a lot of unusual joys and sorrows: His devotion to God and an Unshakable Dream of his destiny. We Dream, Live the Dream and Dream Again!

Psalm 105:17-19 Joseph was a dreamer. There are many dream thieves that you need to protect against, like fear, negativity, poverty, discouragement.

Jeremiah 1:5-7 Jeremiah gave place to self-imposed limitations and God rebuked him. Don’t say you can’t when God says you can. (Phil 4:13)

Psalm 27:13 “If I hadn’t believed to see the goodness of God in the land of the living I would have fainted.” What you believe, expect. William Carey said, “Attempt great things for God; Expect great things from God.”

TURNING THE WORLD UPSIDE DOWN

Acts17:6 - “These that have turned the world upside down have come here also”
1Chronicles.12:32 We need men and women that understand the times and know what we should do.

Ephesians.1:17-19 The Apostle Paul prayed "that the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, the eyes of your understanding being enlightened: that you may know what is the hope of His calling: What are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe according to the working of His power.”

To be world changers we need God to open the eyes of our understanding in the areas mentioned. We need this kind of insight, foresight, and foreknowledge as well as great relationships with the right people.

Four areas where spiritual sight is needed.

1. We need to See Gods worldwide purpose through Christ.
John 3:16, 2Peter 3:9, 1 Tim.2: 5, Hab.2: 14 Math.24: 14, Acts 4:12
Three major things that God is doing today, and his grace is upon these areas.
Grace is all of God you will ever need for anything you will ever face.

He is restoring His church back to full power - full revelation of the mystery.
He is equipping His church to take the gospel to all nations, tribes, and peoples.
He is re-gathering the Jews back to their nation and their God.

2. See a world lost without Christ.

Luke 19:10, Eph. 2:12-13, 4:17-18,
Can’t get no satisfaction. Up and out, down and out, all out without Christ.
Earnest Hemingway said, “A life lived outside of the purposes of God is always trying to be filled up with external things.”

3. See a world full of opportunities with Christ.

Esther 4:14 “If you don’t do it Enlargement and deliverance will come some other way".
Mark16: 19-20 "God working with them. He is the same yesterday, today and forever".

All things are possible to them that believe. The impossible is just the untried and the undone. When God needed someone to reach the apostle Paul, he chose someone who was ready and available. He prepares and prunes and positions us. Instead of making an excuse, we must make a commitment. God’s opportunities very rarely come in line with our personal preferences. Every problem is an opportunity to create something, invent something or develop a new relationship. - R.A Latoury.

4. See our world-sized part in Christ. 1Cor.12:17-20, Eph.4:16

- As a Nation. Math.21:43 Delay Armageddon, hold back rise of anti-Christ and false prophet – Create opportunities to take the gospel around the world.

- As a Victory Movement in Africa, Asia, India, Pakistan, Europe, Canada, and USA. Mexico, Latin America, China, Middle East. We need to win souls and start as many Church planting movements in as many nations of the world as is possible.

- As a local Victory Church. To reach our community with the life changing gospel of Jesus Christ. To build big people. To strengthen the family. To mobilize the army.

You and me as individuals. A better World begins with a better you and a better me. Roaming Ambassadors for Christ. John Wesley, Lester Summeral, William Booth, Catherine Kulman, Billy Graham are all dead, but we are alive and now it’s our turn to be witnesses for Christ!

Yours for the Gospel of Jesus Christ being spread to the entire world and seeing the return of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ!
