Here at the Bridge Orlando we take seriously the great commission. Jesus said to go in to all the world preaching and teaching and making disciples. Each year we endeavor to take several short term missions trip to a variety of places. These trips are designed to transform the traveler and support the long term missionary through help and assistance. I like to refer to the these kind of trips as “
encounter trips” because the traveler is changed through the experience. We at the Bridge Orlando encourage every person to take a trip some time and give of themselves to support of missionary endeavors throughout the globe and among the nations. From the very inception of the Bridge Orlando we have given regularly into the area of missions and church planting. During the 2006, 2007,2008,2009 years the Bridge Orlando supported the planting of over 53 new churches in central Florida , in the USA and into the nations. These churches are all doing well and growing and we look forward to the planting of other congregations in the future.
