Central Baptist Temple MOPS & MOMSnext We are so excited for our second year of MOPS/MOMSnext at Central Baptist Temple. We meet the 3rd Tuesday of every month from 6:30PM-8:00PM. What is MOPS?

It's a contagious revolution of mama bears who are taking each others faces in their hands and speaking hope in the name of Jesus. MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers-But don't let that confuse you. MOPS is about meeting the needs of every mother from conception to kindergarten. MOMSnext is tailored to mamas of school-aged children. Whether you're urban, suburban, rural, stay-at-home, working,

a teenager, adoptive, special-needs, single or married, MOPS/MOMSnext is for you! Being moms is what brings us together and allows us to build a tribe. And being part of a tribe means caring for each other and each other's families. We can take refuge in each other's shelters and find warmth from the fires we share.

Dear friend, please don't let the fear of awkwardness or the unknown get in your way of finding your tribe! We can't wait to meet you!

And that’s a wrap for CBT’s MOPS/MOMSNEXT. Tonight’s group discussion I think was the best yet. Each one of you ladies touched my heart with your testimonies and friendship. I would like to thank Jessica Cox for ensuring each meeting was a success. She paid close attention to details. Thank you for making it special for the moms of our church and community. A special THANK YOU to our MOPPETS workers as we would not be able to meet without you!! Please see Jessica Cox for a token of our appreciation.

We had such a good meeting tonight. We discussed reclaiming our homes and living a more intentional life. We also made these cute blessing jars. The purpose is to write down answered prayers and blessings that happen throughout the year and place it in the jar and then on New Years read together with our families to be reminded of Gods goodness. 💕 I’m so thankful to be a part of such an amazing tribe of mamas! Join us at our next meeting on Feb 19th!
