What a powerful service today at Mt. Moriah House of Prayer, Inc. We started with a timely Biblical Application lesson from Evangelist Kelly titled, "Time To Wake Up!"

As Christians, we cannot afford to be spiritually asleep while the enemy is constantly looking for opportunities to distract us from God's purpose. The devil's goal is to pull our attention away from prayer, obedience, and our relationship with God, causing us to step outside of His perfect will. But today's lesson reminded us that it is time to wake up, stay alert, and recognize the tactics of the enemy before they lead us astray.

God is calling His people to be watchful, focused, and committed to His Word. When we remain spiritually awake, we can discern distractions, resist temptation, and continue walking in the path God has designed for us. This is not the season to become comfortable or complacent—it is the season to arise, be vigilant, and pursue God's purpose with renewed passion.

What an incredible move of God we experienced today!

Following the powerful Biblical Application lesson, Bishop A.J. Washington Sr. delivered a dynamic sermon titled, "Repositioned By The Power."

Bishop reminded us that when we are truly endowed with the power of God, change is inevitable. God's power does not enter our lives and leave us the same. There should be a noticeable transformation in our attitudes, our actions, our speech, and our walk with Him. The power of God equips us to leave behind old mindsets, break free from unhealthy habits, and step into the purpose He has ordained for our lives.

Being repositioned by God means being moved from where we are to where He needs us to be. Sometimes God has to shift our perspective, our priorities, our relationships, and even our circumstances so that His will can be accomplished in our lives. Repositioning may not always be comfortable, but it is always necessary for growth. God repositions us so we can see greater opportunities, fulfill our calling, and operate more effectively in His Kingdom.

When God's power is at work within us, we are no longer content with staying stagnant. We begin to pursue holiness, walk in obedience, and embrace the assignments God has placed before us. The evidence of His power is seen in the fruit we bear and the lives we impact for His glory.

Today was a powerful reminder that God's power is not just meant to touch us—it is meant to transform us. If we allow Him, He will reposition us from weakness to strength, from doubt to faith, from bo***ge to freedom, and from simply existing to walking boldly in His divine purpose.

Lord, reposition us by Your power so that our lives reflect Your glory and Your purpose is fulfilled in us!

What an amazing time we had today at Mt. Moriah House of Prayer, Inc.!

The service began with a powerful Biblical Application from Rev. C.J. Slater titled, "Serving God On Purpose." Through the Word of God, we were reminded that serving the Lord requires commitment, focus, and intentionality. Too often, people want the benefits of following Christ while remaining attached to the things behind them. However, true discipleship calls for unwavering dedication and a heart fully surrendered to God's will.

Rev. Slater highlighted Luke 9:62, where Jesus said, "No man, having put his hand to the plow, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God." This powerful scripture challenged us to keep our eyes forward and remain steadfast in our service to God. We cannot effectively move forward in our purpose while constantly looking back at past failures, old habits, or missed opportunities.

The message encouraged us to serve God with purpose, passion, and persistence, understanding that our labor in the Lord is never in vain. When we commit ourselves fully to His work, God can use us to make a lasting impact for His Kingdom.

Bishop A.J. Washington, Sr. followed up by delivering a dynamic and thought-provoking sermon titled, "Selected."

Using the example of a political race, Bishop explained that a candidate may be chosen as a party's nominee, receive support, resources, and recognition, yet still lose the election. In the natural world, being chosen does not always guarantee victory.

However, Bishop reminded us that God's selection operates differently. When God chooses you, He doesn't simply call your name;He equips you, positions you, and empowers you to fulfill His divine purpose. God's selection comes with His favor, His guidance, and His strength. What God ordains, no person can overturn.

The message encouraged us to understand that we have been selected for His glory, not because of our own abilities, but because of God's sovereign plan. The race of life may bring challenges, obstacles, and opposition, but those whom God has chosen are never running alone. He provides everything necessary for them to finish their course and fulfill their assignment.

Bishop reminded us that when God selects you, failure is not your final destination. There may be setbacks, delays, and trials, but God's purpose will prevail. The victory is already secured because the One who chose you is faithful to complete the work He began in you.

What a powerful reminder that we are not merely participants in God's Kingdom, we are His chosen vessels, selected, positioned, and empowered for His glory. And when God selects you, you can run your race with confidence, knowing that through Him, you shall never lose!

What an amazing time we had in service today at Mt. Moriah House of Prayer! The presence of God was truly felt from the very beginning.

We were blessed with a powerful Biblical Application lesson taught by Evangelist Kelly titled, "It's Not Too Long, But It's According To God's Timing: Jesus Makes The Difference." The lesson reminded us that while we may become discouraged waiting on answers, breakthroughs, or promises to manifest, God's timing is always perfect. What seems delayed to us is never late in God's plan. Jesus makes the difference because He sees the full picture, knows the appointed time, and works all things together for our good.

The message encouraged us to remain faithful, patient, and trusting, knowing that God's promises have not expired. Every prayer, every tear, and every season of waiting is working toward His divine purpose. When Jesus is involved, timing becomes a testimony, and waiting becomes a season of preparation.

Following the powerful Biblical Application lesson, Bishop A.J. Washington, Sr. delivered a fiery and faith-building sermon titled, "Because I'm Under Contract."

Bishop reminded us that when we enter into a covenant relationship with God, we are under a divine contract backed by His Word. Unlike man, God cannot lie, fail, or break His promises. What He has spoken concerning our lives shall come to pass because His promises are "Yes and Amen."

The sermon encouraged us to stand firmly on God's Word, even when circumstances seem contrary to what He promised. Being under contract with God means we have access to His provision, protection, favor, and grace. It means that although trials may arise, God's commitment to His people never changes. His signature is on every promise, and His faithfulness guarantees the outcome.

Bishop challenged us not to allow fear, doubt, or delays to cause us to abandon what God has spoken. The contract is still valid. The promise still stands. The blessing is still attached to obedience and faith. When God makes a promise, He fully intends to fulfill it in His perfect timing.

What a powerful reminder that we serve a God whose Word is unbreakable, whose promises are certain, and whose covenant with His people remains forever secure. Because we're under contract with God, we can walk in confidence knowing that what He said, He will do!
