Due to circumstances beyond our control, we have decided to sell the buildings located at 4091 Lemon Springs Road and shut down the church.
Since my wife passed away last year it has been difficult, to say the least, to continue on with the church as she and I had planned. I have tried my best to keep the doors open for as long as I could and this was not a decision that I have arrived at lightly. But, as mentioned previously, there were things out of my control that caused me to have to shut down the church as you now know it.
That does not mean that I will not continue on with my calling. It will just be in a different capacity. I have felt, since I got saved, that I have been called to lead lost souls to salvation. And it is my plan and desire to get back to the singing ministry and potentially some other means of outreach. I hope to be communicating more information about that soon.
I wanted to let you all know how much I value the love and support you have shown me, my dearly departed wife and my family. Ever since we decided to start the church we felt this outpouring of love and support and I truly feel that the last few years have shown us who our closest family and friends are. It has also brought us closer to God. Linda was so proud of the church and it’s mission. Starting the church was one of her greatest achievements.
I want to also take a moment to thank some of my family for their help in keeping the church going. Janice and Hannah, your assistance with leading the youth ministry and Rick, your help in filling in to lead the congregation in my absence was a great blessing to me and to others. And to all who helped us, especially the last year, I appreciate you more than you know.
Please stay tuned for more announcements on this page concerning the ministry and future endeavors.
