So excited to welcome as a part of the team as she takes on the Director of Operations role!

Erin brings over 14 years of experience in operational leadership within both corporate and ministry settings. She’s passionate about using her background as both an operative and creative to collaborate with leaders to build faithful and fruitful ministries.

Erin has served in various capacities within the church as well as corporate executive leadership. She considers herself a driven, innovative “force multiplier” with a passion for empowering others.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys a good cup of coffee, coaching youth sports, and traveling with her husband helping lead worship at various churches. Though she plays a variety of instruments, her primary is the drums.

She is excited to come alongside the team at myXP to help tackle challenges and equip pastors to focus on the things that make the most impact.

So excited to see all the ways Erin helps us solve problems for pastors!

As we mark this milestone, our hearts overflow with gratitude for the amazing people who have stood by us during the past 6 years. Whether you've been a loyal client, an integral part of our dedicated team, or simply a distant but encouraging supporter, we want you to know that your presence has meant the world to us. God has provided above and beyond whatever we thought possible.

We are so grateful for every opportunity we have had to make a small impact on the churches we support. Our tag line is “solving problems for pastors” and we have worked every day for that statement to be true.

As we raise a toast to these blessed 6 years, we do so with a deep sense of appreciation and excitement to continuing helping churches around the country.
