Dear Sisters,

Thank you all for a successful Soup & Stitches Activity! Together we created four beautiful quilts for the Latter-day Saint Humanitarian Center. These quilts will help to relieve suffering and build self-reliance around the world.

"The two great commandments can guide us: first, to love God and, second, to love our neighbor. We show our love by serving." — President Russell M. Nelson

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Providing service to others not only strengthens relationships within our wards and stake, but it also blesses us with a greater feeling of unity and togetherness.

Thank you all for a successful National Day of Service! We appreciate all of the volunteers and contributions from each of you! With the donations from our entire area council, we were able to:

- fill 16 large ‘watermelon’ boxes from the Utah Food Bank with much needed food.

- collect over $9,000 in gift cards which were donated to Canyons School District for their Community Center which supports those students and families in need.

- fill 76 large totes from Canyons School District with needed items including: clothing, shoes, toiletries, towels, sock, underwear, etc.

How wonderful it is to be able to work together to support our community!

Thank you for all of your donations this year and we look forward to the Day of Service 2024.

Much Love, Sandy West Stake Relief Society Presidency
