Have you ever noticed how one thought can change the way you see your entire day? Maybe it's the voice telling you that you're not doing enough, the temptation to compare your life to someone else's, or the frustration that keeps replaying in your mind. Before we know it, those thoughts can begin shaping how we see ourselves, the people around us, and even God.

That's why it's so important to pay attention to what's going on in our minds. As followers of Jesus, we've been given the mind of Christ, and the Holy Spirit is at work helping us understand God's truth and recognize His presence in our lives.

Sometimes that understanding comes gradually. We look back on a season of life and begin to see how God was working, even when we couldn't make sense of things at the time. ❤️

So when a discouraging or prideful thought comes your way, take a moment to consider where it's leading you. Ask God to help you see the situation through His truth and continue learning to recognize His guidance.

What's one thought you've been holding onto lately that you need to bring before God?

"For, 'Who has known the mind of the Lord so as to instruct him?' But we have the mind of Christ." - 1 Corinthians 2:16

Have you ever walked away from a conversation at church feeling like you understood God a little better? Maybe someone shared how God carried them through a difficult season, or you heard a story that reminded you of His faithfulness. Sometimes, hearing what God is doing in someone else's life helps us recognize His presence in our own.

That's one of the beautiful things about being part of a church family. Each of us is made in God's image, and as the Holy Spirit works in our lives, we have something unique to share with one another.

And that means your presence matters. Your story, your experiences, and the way God is working in your life can help someone else know Him more fully.

So the next time we gather, take a moment to listen to someone's story or share a little of your own. You never know how God might use that conversation to help both of you grow. 🙌

Good food, familiar faces, new friendships, and plenty of reasons to stay a little longer around the table!

One of our favorite parts of gathering as a church family is getting to share life together over a meal. 🍽️ Whether it's catching up on someone's week, laughing over a funny story, or making room for a new friend, these moments help us grow closer to one another.

And judging by these pictures, we definitely know how to put together a good spread! 😂🙌

When was the last time you stopped to ask yourself, "Am I really living in alignment with Jesus?" Think about the way we respond when someone frustrates us, the choices we make when no one is watching, or how we treat the people closest to us. These everyday moments reveal what we're allowing to guide our lives.

Just like a builder uses a plumb line to make sure everything is straight, we have Jesus to look to as we build our lives. His example helps us recognize where we may need to make adjustments in how we think, speak, and live.

And as Peter reminds us, we're part of something bigger. God is building us together into His spiritual house, with each of us having a place and a purpose. ❤️

So here's a question worth sitting with today: Is there an area of your life that needs to come back into alignment with Jesus?

"You also, like living stones, are being built into a spiritual house to be a holy priesthood, offering spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ." - 1 Peter 2:5

Some seasons make the giants in front of us feel bigger than the strength inside us. Fear, doubt, pressure, grief, and uncertainty can all take up a lot of space in our minds.

But we do not face those moments alone. The Holy Spirit is still present, still leading, and still giving us courage, wisdom, and strength for the next faithful step. 💚 You may not feel fearless, but you can still move forward with God beside you.

This Sunday, come make some space to breathe, worship, and remember that God is with you in whatever you’re facing. We’ll gather together, grow in faith, and share a meal afterward. There’s room at the table for you. 🙏

Have you ever tried talking about Jesus with someone and felt like they couldn't change the subject fast enough? Maybe it was a friend who wasn't interested, a family member who didn't want to hear it, or a conversation that left you feeling a little pushed aside. Those moments can be discouraging, especially when you're simply trying to share something that matters deeply to you.

Paul knew what it meant to face rejection and hardship because of his faith. He even found himself in prison, yet he held on to a truth we still need to remember today: God's Word cannot be chained.

And that means something for us, too.

Even when a conversation doesn't go the way we hoped, God's Word is still powerful. Even when people aren't ready to listen, we can continue growing in our faith and trusting what God has said.

Endurance is something we build as we keep following Jesus and staying rooted in His Word, especially when it gets uncomfortable. So if you've ever felt discouraged about sharing your faith, remember that one difficult conversation doesn't determine the reach of God's Word.

Who in your life might need you to keep showing up with the love and truth of Jesus, even when the conversations aren't easy?
