Peace is something we all search for in our lives, but we often come up empty-handed. The search for peace begins in our minds. Battling the thoughts we have. The reality is, whatever consumes your thoughts controls your life. Peace is found in Jesus ' Presence.
Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable—if there is any moral excellence and if there is anything praiseworthy—dwell on these things. Do what you have learned and received and heard from me, and seen in me, and the God of peace will be with you. Philippians 4:8-9

Happy Mother's Day
A special message for Mother's Day
Her children rise up and call her blessed;
her husband also praises her:
“Many women have done noble deeds,
but you surpass them all!”
Charm is deceptive and beauty is fleeting,
but a woman who fears the Lord will be praised.
Give her the reward of her labor,
and let her works praise her at the city gates. Proverbs 31:28-31

One of Jesus' promises is that we will hear and know His voice and He will lead us. 2 The one who enters by the gate is the shepherd of the sheep. 3 The gatekeeper opens it for him, and the sheep hear his voice. He calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. 4 When he has brought all his own outside, he goes ahead of them. The sheep follow him because they know his voice. (John 10:2-4). If you are wondering why you do not hear his voice, this video is for you.

Many of us have seen John 3:16, but have you taken time to read it and claim the promise that Jesus gave us? Jesus declares that God loves us and showed it by sending Jesus to die for our sins. YOU ARE WORTH THE DEATH OF JESUS.
"God loves each of us as if there were only one of us." St. Augustine

I believe in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord,
who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
was born of the Virgin Mary,
suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, died, and was buried.
He descended to the dead.
On the third day, He rose again.
He ascended into heaven,
is seated at the right hand of the Father,
and will come again to judge the living and the dead.

What do you believe about God? It's a question we need to ask ourselves, because what you believe in God shapes everything about you.
The Apostles' Creed is the foundation of the Christian faith, and we will learn it section by section.

Share about a time when you felt God’s love for you. What was that like, and how did that grow your relationship with Him?
How easy or difficult is it for you to receive Jesus’ love? How can you intentionally focus on Him this Christmas?
