Jabal al-Lawz in northwestern Saudi Arabia sits in ancient Midian and matches the Exodus account in stunning detail. At its base are Egyptian-style cow carvings beside a massive stone structure linked to the golden calf. Above it, the summit is visibly darkened, echoing Exodus 19:18 when God descended on Sinai in FIRE and SMOKE. There is even a huge open plain where Israel could have camped.

And nearby stands the incredible split Rock of Horeb, associated with the place where Moses struck the rock and water poured out. This isn’t just one similarity. The entire area looks like the Exodus story frozen into the landscape.
