One year ago….
Terry Clopton rehearsed “Come Thou Fount” before the worship service. This is the first hymn to be played today on the new 6’ 2” Kawai grand piano delivered to Sandersville Methodist Church this week. This piano will be used to lead in worship for many years to come.
The previous piano is being used in the Choir Room replacing a grand piano that was seventy years old.

We are getting ready to send care packages to our college students!
If you have a college student/students who would like to receive a care package, please email Felicia with the student's name and mailing address.
We would also love your help with donations! Listed below are some of the items we need for the college care packages. If you would like to purchase something, please choose an item from the list and bring it to the church office. If you aren't able to shop, we would also welcome cash, check, or Venmo donations to help us purchase items for the college care packages.
Please drop your donation by the church office by Monday, Sept. 14.
Thank you for helping us remind our college students that their church family is thinking of them and praying for them while they are away at school!
-Crackers
-Microwave popcorn
-Granola, protein, snack bars
-Candy and gum
-Quick meals (easy mac/ramen)
-Drink mix packets (water flavors, Liquid IV hydration, etc.)
-Chapstick
-Hand sanitizers
-Small lotions, toiletries

SNL is RETURNING
with a Baby shower to honor Matthew and Lauren's new bundle of joy!
Sunday, September 13
5:30PM - 7:00PM
Our normal SNL dinner, lesson, and fun but baby themed.
*Bring a box of diapers (any size) and/or wipes for the new parents.
Matthew and Lauren Shelton have been serving as our recreation leaders at SNL. They are stepping back to take a break and be with their soon-to-be-born baby boy. Since recreation with Matthew and Lauren was a highlight of SNL, we want the kids to share in a celebration of their next chapter.
