Sunday Recap 🙌
What a powerful Sunday at LifePoint!
This week Pastor Nathan concluded this portion of our Hebrews series with a message titled “Thy Kingdom Come.” Through the story of Melchizedek, the priesthood of Jesus, and the Kingdom of God, we were reminded that Jesus didn’t come to invite us into a religion—He came to restore us to His Kingdom. God’s desire has always been relationship, intimacy, and partnership with His people, not merely religious activity.
One powerful statement from the message was:
“This was never about religion. It has always been about the Kingdom.”
We also celebrated a record-breaking day of baptisms as 15 people publicly declared their faith in Jesus Christ! 🎉 What an incredible reminder that God is still saving, transforming, and calling people into new life.
As we move into the summer months, stay connected and stay plugged in. Don’t let longer days and busier schedules turn into isolation. Growth happens in community. Find a LifeGroup, serve on a team, worship with your church family on Sundays, and continue pursuing all that God has for you.
🔥 Encounter Night is next Sunday at 6:30 PM. Come expectant and hungry for the presence of God.
And here’s a question to pray about this week:
Who do you need to invite that needs an encounter with God?
Let’s continue believing for revival in our homes, our church, and our community. The Kingdom is advancing, and we want to be a part of everything God is doing. 👑
