Abiding Women of CCSP

Abiding Women of CCSP "Abiding Women of CCSP” is a ministry of The Anchor: Calvary Chapel San Pedro.

The Mission & Vision of WoW is to faithfully teach the Word of God to the women of CCSP in order that they will be firmly anchored in Jesus Christ. We seek to equip the women of CCSP to grow in their faith so that they will be fruitful and victorious in their Christian walk. As a result they will be strong in their relationship with Christ and as such, that His love will flow from them to others.

The women's ministry will also support and encourage each other with the love of God and seek to reach the lost and hurting, making disciples, and bringing glory to God by fulfilling the great commission and advancing His kingdom.

What is worship? Who do we worship? Why do we worship?

Join us Sunday as we continue in our journey through the Revelation of Jesus Christ as we look at the praises that go forth in Heaven before all of Hell is loosed upon the earth.

This will be a powerful reminder of why we were redeemed from our sins and why we must be present before the Throne before Jesus can come forth to judge the earth.

The Church is raptured and in Heaven and the Jesus is coming forth to judge the earth. But what are we doing when we get to Heaven? What will it be like when we stand before the Throne of the Almighty?

I John 5:16-17...

"If anyone sees his brother sinning a sin which does not lead to death, he will ask, and He will give him life for those who commit sin not leading to death. There is sin leading to death. I do not say that he should pray about that. All unrighteousness is sin, and there is sin not leading to death."

Why is prayer in the life of the believer so important? What do we pray? Who do we pray for? What is a sin that leads unto death and why are we commanded NOT to pray for those involved in that sin?
