Let go of it and give it to God...trust me...He can handle it." Stay in the Spirit. Stay in faith. Stay in the word...for that is where your strength comes from. Stay in prayer. It will be a great day at our campuses tomorrow. We have a great message called "Present Suffering, Future Glory." Incredible insights. We will pray for the sick, discouraged and those who desire a word from our Lord. We will also celebrate everyone's birthday for the month of September.

Some of my favorite people in the bible are...
--Jeremiah, because he was not afraid to preach an unpopular message.

--Paul, because he went deep into God's word in order to know more about God an reveal Him to others.

--David, becasue he was not only a "man after God's own heart," but he was a worshipping king.

I am a worshipping pastor and love to worship God any time I have a moment in my day. This past weekend I brought out some old songs and a new one to worship God. I even was able to play the drums with my feet while playing guitar and singing. What a great time in the Lord this past weekend at both church campuses. God is good.

Did you know the Holy Spirit is always speaking? However, many are not listening. The Bible says that the Holy Spirit is our helper. The best way to hear the Holy Spirit speak to us is to get into a quiet place, which is also described in the Bible as “the secret place.” It is in the secret place of prayer that God speaks and we receive His favor. I want to encourage you to spend time in prayer this week. If you do you will hear the Holy Spirit and you will receive God’s rewards. —pastor Brad Kuechler

The Holy Spirit, who is God and who lives inside the believer, is also the one who gives us the "gifts of the Spirit." These gifts are important for each believer to have. Why? Because God uses these spiritual gifts to build up His church. Remember, when we give our lives to Christ we are now called to walk in the spirit and be guided by the Spirit. I want to encourage all of you to "stir up the gifts of God within you and use them to build up Christ's church. Let's serve the Lord Jesus with joy and gladness. -- Pastor Brad Kuechler
