It's been a while since I posted on my page. I realize that sometimes even the pastor or the minister and the ministries may go through their own trials.
At the moment I'm reading the story of the Potter and the clay.
I see that through the story, God allowed me to witness the building and the construction of the clay pot by the potters hand, which was perfect after the vessel was made.
Lessen, up!
After Jeremiah smashed the clay pot in front of the leaders of Israel that became a reality to me.
I may be part of the family of Israel through adoption, and when God stood back on the 6th day and called everything he made that was made "Good", which could have represented the clay pot. By breaking it was revealed to me that unless we remain moist and replenish in the word of God I can do nothing without the waters, (the word of God) the same water that our Lord gave the lady at the wel,l to thirst no more.
We may go through life seeking and planning and believing this is God's will but when we have not consulted with the King before even making our (my) move we have to face The bumps the potholes, detours, stop signs, and everything that comes with it before the plan is revealed
We've all heard that saying we must stop to take time to smell the roses, the pretty flowers, listen to the birds, and absorb the sun rays that come from the sun, and never do we count our chickens before they hatch.
I (Hilbert) am The clay vessel and my Lord is Potter. Blessed be Yahweh's name!
