Pastors Amy and Joshua begin their 3-month Renewal Leave on Monday, June 15th.
Here's a letter from Amy on the brink of experiencing this generous gift.

Tomorrow is the last Sunday that Pastors Joshua and Amy will worship with us before their three month Renewal Leave. Join us for the Sunday Study Class at 9:30 and Worship at 11:00, both of which will an include an exploration of play and the invitation to engage it as a spiritual practice.

This great crew (+4-5 not pictured) headed out bright and early for today's 5th Sunday of Service. They're partnering with Mission Able SMTX to make a local neighbor's property clear and safe.
And at 11:00 the rest of us will serve our neighbors through a prayer service.

Today was long and hot, with lots to get done. We did insulation, roofing, stucco, door installation, drywall, painting, electrical work... and there's still a little to finish tomorrow morning.
But instead of progress pics, here are photos from today that highlight parents & kids serving side by side, long-time friends sharing this experience, and new friendships forming. This group has worked (and played) wonderfully together!
