Pastor Colby L. Cotton is our Senior Pastor. We believe that Je

sus established the church for a distinct set of purposes: Worship, Evangelism, Discipleship, Fellowship, and Ministry. The commandment to love the Lord with all of our heart, mind, and soul, is a call to WORSHIP. The commandment to love your neighbor as yourself is a call to FELLOWSHIP. The great commission in Mathew 28:19 is a call to EVANGELISM and DISCIPLESHIP. Mark 16:17-18 exhorts believers to MINISTRY.

💧 Baptism Sunday at New Zion 💧

Today, three souls went down into the water and came up declaring their faith in Jesus Christ. What a powerful reminder that God is still saving, restoring, and transforming lives.

“Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has passed away, behold, the new has come.” — 2 Corinthians 5:17

Heaven rejoiced today, and so did we! 🙌🏽🕊️

Today we celebrate the shepherd God has given us—a leader who loves God’s people, preaches the truth, serves faithfully, and pours into this church week after week.

Pastor, we love you more than words can express and we are so grateful for everything you do for New Zion. Thank you for your leadership, your sacrifice, your prayers, and your unwavering commitment to God’s Kingdom.

We are truly blessed that God chose you to lead this house.

There are voices that sing songs, and then there are voices that carry God’s presence.

Every time First Lady ministers, the atmosphere changes. Hearts soften, burdens lift, and faith rises. Tonight was no different as she reminded us through worship that we are not alone.

“Hallelujah, I am not alone. He’s my comfort, always holds me close.” 🙌❤️

Thank you for continually leading us into the presence of God.

There was something special in the room tonight.

Many came carrying pain, pressure, uncertainty, and burdens they couldn’t put into words. But in the presence of God, people laid it all down. Hands were lifted, tears were shed, hearts were healed, and chains were broken.

What touched me most was seeing even the children worship. No matter their age, they recognized the presence of God and responded with their whole hearts.

As the song declared, “It’s turning around for me,” faith began to rise all across the room. We believe God is still working, still healing, still restoring, and still turning situations around for His glory.

What a powerful Wednesday night at New Zion. 🔥❤️
