Last night we wrapped up our final session for this quarter of The Journey of a Healed Heart. 💛

What a beautiful evening—filled with fellowship, sisterhood, testimonies, and genuine connection.

Week after week, these women showed up…
willing, open, and committed to growth. And it shows.
The fruit is evident. 🍇 🍉🍎🍓🍒

We also had the honor of blessing Dianne Emmerick, one of our incredible leaders, as she steps into a new season. She’s not leaving—just transitioning out of leadership for this time—and we covered her in prayer, spoke life over her, and sent her with love.

I also want to take a moment to say thank you to my amazing leadership team and all the women…for the beautiful flowers, the thoughtful card, the blessings within, and the heartfelt words. 💐 We didn’t get to highlight it last night,(although you tried♥️ ) but it is deeply highlighted in my heart.
Truly—thank you. 💛

To every woman in that room—
we love you, we’re grateful for you, and it is a joy to walk this journey together.

Look what the Lord has done.
We love you,
Gayelee

Courage doesn’t mean you never feel afraid. 💪✨
It means you choose to move forward even with trembling knees—trusting that God is with you every step of the way.

“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”

✨ Last week, Tessie shared her powerful testimony from one of the Seven Hearts — a Courageous Heart.

As she spoke, she shared her story of overcoming her own fears. She reminded us that it takes courage to rise, courage to heal, and courage to keep showing up. For her and her daughters, it was through courage that she realized she is the hero of her own story. And in telling it, she gave us permission to believe that we can be too.

“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” — Joshua 1:9

💜 May we all choose courage today.

Thank You, Lord, for this journey of life with You.
You’re healing what we couldn’t fix.
You’re unraveling old mindsets and breaking the lies we once believed.
You’re restoring what was lost, redeeming what was stolen,
and setting the captives free—starting with us.

You’re healing us… and You’re establishing us.
Rooted in truth. Grounded in love. Firm in faith.
You’re not just mending hearts—you’re rebuilding lives.

We’re rising stronger, walking lighter, and loving deeper.
And with full confidence we declare:
The best is yet to come.

All glory to You, Jesus.
Keep doing what only You can do. 💜

Last night at Women of the Movement

We talked about “A Heart That Forgives”— from my devotional, Unlocked: A Journey to a Healed Heart.

Wow.
It was beautiful.
Tender.
Real.
Raw.

Somethings I have leaned in and learned on the journey:

Forgiveness isn’t always easy, but it is essential for true freedom.
I believe we are in a season where God is inviting us into deeper inner healing—not to shame us, but to set us free.

“Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.”
—Ephesians 4:32

Forgiveness is a choice—and a process.
It doesn’t mean forgetting.
It doesn’t mean what happened was okay.
It means you’re no longer carrying the weight of it.
Love heals ❤️‍🔥

Forgiveness reassigns the power over your destiny back to God.

You don’t have to hold onto the pain.
You don’t have to keep replaying the story just to keep the wound alive.
Your suffering is not your identity—you were created for more.

Forgiveness is where the cycle breaks.
It’s where you get your life back.
It’s where you take the pen out of the enemy’s hand…
and place it back in God’s.

He’s the Author.
He’s writing your story.
And His ending is so much greater than anything your pain could predict.

By the end of the night, we had to take it outside.
Hearts were beginning to crack open.
Revelations were unfolding.
Tears were falling.
And freedom was stirring in the atmosphere.

“Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.”
—2 Corinthians 3:17

And He was surely there.

It wasn’t the water He came for—He came for me.
The woman at the well.

We talked about her tonight on The Journey to a Healed Heart.
Jesus didn’t just stumble upon her. He pursued her, met her in the middle of her routine, in the heat of the day, in a place others avoided.

And just like her, Jesus meets us in the most unexpected places—not to shame us, but to reveal us.
To show us who we really are.
To rewrite our story.
To invite us into healing.

He’s still doing it today.
Right here.
Right now.
On the journey to a healed heart.

Keep Asking. Keep Seeking. Keep Knocking. 👊

You’ve prayed.
You’ve waited.
You’ve hoped when it hurt.

And maybe today, it feels like nothing is moving.
But can I remind you?
He’s moving even when you can’t see it.

The door will open.
The answer will come.
The dream will rise again.

God honors the heart that won’t quit.

So don’t let silence convince you it’s over.
Don’t let the waiting steal your wonder.
Keep going.
You’re being established for something greater.

Dreams do come true—for the ones who won’t stop knocking

Action Step:
Take 10 minutes today to journal three areas where you’ve been tempted to quit. Then ask yourself: What would it look like to knock again in faith? Write a declaration over each one and speak it out loud.

You were never meant to settle—you were made to seek.

👉Trust the Process—Healing is a Journey 👈

Healing takes time. It’s a journey, not a quick fix. You have to trust the process, even when it feels slow, messy, or uncertain. There will be moments when you wonder if it’s worth it—if facing the pain is too much—but hear this: it’s so worth it.

When you allow God into the deep places of your heart, He doesn’t just bring temporary relief—He brings lasting transformation. Every step you take toward healing is a step toward freedom, peace, and becoming the Wholehearted Woman He created you to be. Don’t rush it. Trust Him. He is working even in the waiting.

Let God Heal the Roots

Guarding your heart isn’t just about protecting it—it’s about allowing God to go deep into the root system of your life and heal the places you’ve left untouched because they felt too painful to face.

Ignoring wounds doesn’t make them go away. Unhealed roots don’t disappear—they grow into patterns of fear, insecurity, and struggle. But when you let God into those hidden places, when you surrender what you’ve held onto for so long, that’s where true freedom begins.

Let Him dig deep. Let Him heal. And watch as peace takes root in the deepest part of who you are. This is the journey of a Wholehearted Woman.

If You’re Ready for More

If this speaks to you and you’re ready to go deeper in your healing journey, I’d love to walk alongside you. Through faith-based coaching, I help women just like you step into freedom, healing, and transformation—fully rooted in God’s truth.

Let’s take this journey together. Are you ready? Reach out today, and let’s begin.
