ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّٰهِ the owner of sisers' musalla had decided to sell the place and we're in contract to buy it.

Here's some facts about it:

• The address is 16661 East 14th, San Leandro, CA, 94544
• We’ve been rentin it or $1500/month from the start o UMC
• 9,000+ sqft lot including Sister’s musalla and auto repair shop (shaded in reen)
• Blue shade is our current masjid and imam’s house
• Once we pay our balance, we can turn the auto repair shop into classes or Islamic studies
• We have areed with seller to purchase the property as below:
• Purchase price : $887,000; down payment : $600,000
• No-riba seller-financing or 2 years at $5500/month + $77,500 yearly balloon payments
• By the grace o Allah we have managed to raise $400K towards down payment
• We have opened escrow and will need to complete the purchase by 06/10/2025
• We need $200,000 od your generous donations to complete the purchase
