Creekside Community Church

Creekside Community Church Creekside Community Church was founded in 1990 with the intent of being a safe place to hear a dangerous message. service.

We exist to make mature, reproducing followers of Christ, by winning as many people as possible through the preaching and the demonstration of the gospel, by building as many as people as possible into mature Christ-like believers in a loving community of faith, and by sending as many people as possible to serve Christ in their local communities and throughout the world. Creekside’s services are S

undays at 9:00 and 10:30 a.m. Our current series is, “Heart Surgery: The Book of Jeremiah.”

Creekside's services typically last about 60 minutes. We begin by worshiping God through a variety of styles of music, followed by prayer, and then teaching from the Bible. Infants-5th graders have classes during both services and middle schoolers have a class during the 10:30 a.m. Comment Policy:

Sharing our faith is showing and telling — in both word and deed — who Jesus is and how it's possible to have a relationship with him. It sounds so simple in theory. So why does it seem so hard?
If you are like most Christians, you genuinely desire to share about your faith in Jesus but the thought of it may make you feel equally excited and terrified.

Join us for an eight-week class exploring the process of sharing your faith with your neighbors, family, and friends. This class will meet on Sunday mornings during the 10:30 a.m. service from October 11th to November 29th and will be led by John Bruce and Kyle Driggers.

We are so thankful for Creekside’s summer interns, Carissa, Jadyn, Jeannette and Avery!

For nine weeks, our interns served the church on Sunday mornings, planned youth events, served at Alliance Redwoods Youth Camp, Camp O’ Fun Jr., and Camp O’ Fun, studied the bible, studied theology, discipled the youth, organized service opportunities for the community and shared their faith.

What’s next for them this Fall?
Carissa is entering her third year at University of the Pacific, majoring in Music Therapy. Jadyn is entering her third year at Colorado Christian University, majoring in psychology and performing arts. Jeannette is entering her second year at Chabot College, majoring in biological sciences, with an emphasis in health science. Avery is finishing his last semester at Chabot College, majoring in music technology and production.

May the Lord continue to bless them, grow them and use them for the sake of His Kingdom.

Fall is a great time to join a Community Group, as many groups are starting back up after taking a break for the summer.

Community Groups meet regularly to share how Jesus relates to our everyday life, discuss the Bible, pray, serve together, and have fun.

Each group has around 7-15 members who meet together weekly or twice a month. Many groups also participate in service projects and social events. There are general groups that are open to everyone, as well as specific groups for men and women.

Check out a list of current groups at https://creeksidecommunity.org/community-groups.
