Women's Fall Brunch 11.3.18

(update: 13 tickets left!) If you would like to reserve a $5 ticket to the women's event on Saturday, 11/3 (from 9:30 am- noon) please let Heidi know. Also, please let her know if you be bringing fruit OR pastries OR an egg casserole to the event. Lastly, don't forget to bring items for Operation Christmas Child (toothbrushes, coloring books, coloring pencils, small toys, socks, etc) because we will be packing boxes for an hour. Mary Larson will be out speaker and Kristen Smith is doing worship songs! Thanks!!

Thank you, East Valley Church women, for your $ and time you spent putting together 35 gift bags for the moms at the SJ Family shelter. They will get candy, socks, makeup, perfume and lotion samples, toothbrush and other dental stuff, (did I mention candy?), a loofah, hand-made soap, a nice bag, a sweet Mothers Day poem in Spanish and English . . . and candy! Plus a little note from EVC! The bags are being dropped off today! Special thanks to Phina Dollens, Janet Pearson, the offices of Dr. Malik/Dr. Nigam, Dr. Jerry Glass, Annie Jones, and Heidi's coworker Liza Perez for translating the poem into Spanish!
