Due to the fraud in the voting list, the honorable judge, Cynthia Lie, has granted a stay on the election for now.
In addition, the judge has also denied any changes in bylaws to be brought on the ballot due to the unlawful approach by current committee.
San Jose: Today the honorable court has taken into account all the proofs brought forth regarding the registration/membership fraud and has granted a stay on the election. It is noteworthy that Bob Dhillon and his committee tried very hard to keep their control permanently on the gurdwara by bringing in these bylaw changes, but his misdeeds and mishandling of the registration process has been exposed to the court and Sangat. Please remember, the Sadh Sangat Slate has been trying to warn the Sangat since 2014 of the fraud taking place, but the court has given their approval stamp on that warning today.
Although the current committee very cleverly and in discreet words tried to change the bylaws in unethical ways, the court took a firm stand and said this would not be allowed until due procedure is followed as stated in the bylaws, which can only be allowed by the general body (Sangat).
The honorable judge has ordered that the election will not be conducted until the voting list and registration is reformed. The next court date will be October 2. The honorable judge has absolutely denied the current committee of making ANY by-law changes, including the $250,000 budget increase requested by current committee for construction, until general body approves it through due process according to bylaws.
We, the Sadh Sangat Slate request the Sangat to hold responsible Bob Dhillon, Pritam Grewal, Sukhdev Bainiwal and the rest of the current committee for misguiding the Sangat and wasting their hard earned dollars in courts just to keep their power and hide their mishandling and fraud. We strongly condemned and will continue to condemn this unethical and dishonest behavior. We also request the election committee (hand-picked by Bob) to stop their self appointed role and conduct until further notice by the honorable judge.

ਸੈਨਹੋਜੇ : ਅੱਜ ਮਾਣਯੋਗ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਵੱਡਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਲੈਂਦਿਆਂ ਸੈਨਹੋਜੇ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀਆ 22 ਸਤੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀਆ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਤੇ ਵੋਟਿੰਗ ਲਿਸਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਘਪਲੇਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਹੋਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਰੋਕ ਲਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ । ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਬਾਬ ਢਿੱਲੋਂ ਐਂਡ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਨੇ ਸੈਨਹੋਜੇ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਤੇ ਪੱਕਿਆ ਤੌਰ ਕਬਜ਼ਾ ਜਮਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਵੋਟਰ ਲਿਸਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਡੇ ਪੱਧਰ ਮਨਮਾਨੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਧਾਂਦਲੀਆਂ ਜੱਗ ਜਾਹਿਰ ਹੋ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਯਾਦ ਰਹੇ, ਸਾਧ ਸੰਗਤ ਸਲੇਟ 2014 ਤੋਂ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਉੱਪਰ ਜਾਅਲੀ ਵੋਟਾਂ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਇਲਜ਼ਾਮ ਲਾ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ, ਜੱਜ ਨੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਲਾਏ ਇਲਜ਼ਾਮਾਂ ਤੇ ਮੋਹਰ ਲਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਉਮਰ ਭਰ ਕਬਜ਼ਾ ਜਮਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਤੇ ਸੰਗਤ ਨੂੰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਹਰੇਕ ਹੱਕ ਤੋ ਵਾਂਝਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਜੋ ਸਵਿਧਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੁੱਕਵੇਂ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਤਰਮੀਮਾਂ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਦੀ ਸਾਜਿਸ਼ ਰਚੀ ਸੀ ਉਹਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਜੱਜ ਨੇ ਨਕਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਜੱਜ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਾਧ ਸੰਗਤ ਦੀ ਮਨਜੂਰੀ ਤੋ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਬੱਧਕ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਤਰਮੀਮਾਂ ਨਹੀ ਲਿਆ ਸਕਦੇ.
ਜੱਜ ਨੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਿੰਨੀ ਦੇਰ ਤੱਕ ਵੋਟਿੰਗ ਲਿਸਟ ਦਰੁਸਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਉੰਨੀ ਦੇਰ ਤੱਕ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਨਹੀ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀਆ. ਕੇਸ ਦੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਦੀ ਅਗਲੀ ਤਰੀਕ 2 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਪਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ. ਜੱਜ ਨੇ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਕਰਾਉਣ, 250,000 ਡਾਲਰ ਤੋਂ ਉਸਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਖਰਚੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਵਿਧਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਤਬਦੀਲੀ ਕਰਨ ਤੇ ਰੋਕ ਲਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ. ਸਾਧ ਸੰਗਤ ਸਲੇਟ ਨੇ ਸੰਗਤ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸੰਗਤ ਨੂੰ ਖੱਜਲਖੁਆਰ ਕਰਨ ਤੇ ਗਰਦੂਆਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦਾ ਪੈਸਾ ਬਰਬਾਦ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਜੁੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਬਾਬ ਢਿੱਲੋਂ, ਸੁਖਦੇਵ ਬੈਨੀਵਾਲ ਤੇ ਪਰੀਤਮ ਗਰੇਵਾਲ ਤੇ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਤੇ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਦੀ ਸਖਤ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿਖੇਧੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ. ਸਾਧ ਸੰਗਤ ਸਲੇਟ ਬਾਬ ਦੀ ਹੱਖਠੋਕੀ ਇਲੈਕਸ਼ਨ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਕਾਰਗੁਜ਼ਾਰੀ ਬੰਦ ਕਰੇ ।
