On Sunday, March 1, we'll be having the 2026 Delegates Meeting for the Northern California Missionary Area from 10am to 3pm, for the Delegates meeting as well as an afternoon discussion event. We'll be very fortunate to have Rev. Mario Kawakami, Acting Bishop of the Seicho-No-Ie United Missionary Headquarters joining us In-Person at the Northern California church to guide us personally regarding our Seicho-No-Ie movement. It's probably been more than ten years since we have been able to see Rev. Kawakami in-person so we are very much looking forward to this meeting!

Merry Christmas tomorrow :) For this coming Sunday, December 28th, we will have our In-Person Year-End Purification Service at 10am. Let's prepare for 2026, by embedding our 2025 selves into our paper Hitogata People-forms, and purifying/burning those papers during our Year-End Purification service. Let's go into 2026 wtih as much a clean slate as possible. Even better, the Church will be serving Toshikoshi soba (Japanese buckwheat noodles in soup) which is a Japanese tradition at the end of the year. Hope you can join us In-Person at the Church!

This Sunday Dec 14, please join us for Mind Purification Service (Zoom only) from 10am to 12pm - a great opportunity to clear out/remove the negative thoughts/emotions accumulated throughout 2025. Please remember pen, paper, candle and a safe place to light your papers! As we clear out the negative thoughts then we can make room for more positive things. hope to see you this Sunday on Zoom!

Please join us in-person at the San Jose Church for the Blessings of Nature Festa on Sunday, October 26 following the Ancestral Memorial Service! We'll be reading the Prayer to Visualize Grand Harmony Between Nature and Human Beings from the Song in Praise of Nature sutra, so please bring that sutra if you have one. Otherwise you can also purchase one from the Church Office for $10. Also please bring rice/bread/staple, and a meatless dish to share if you can. We just want to be able to enjoy a meal together :) And if you would love to sing/perform for us, we'd love to see our members singing and dancing! Let's spend a fun day in one with Nature, working on Crafts and doing deeds of love. Hope to see you there, thank you very much!

Coming soon, Saturday Sept 27 at from 2 to 6pm (Pacific time zone), the Divine Message of Grand Harmony Prayer Reading Relay. The various Missionary Areas around the United States will be reading the Divine Message of Grand Harmony and other prayers for world peace. Our Northern California time slot is 2:30 pm to 3pm Pacific.
