🎉 Welcome to the MV Family, Katelyn!

We are excited to share that Katelyn Hsu is transitioning from our part-time Family Life Ministry Intern to our full-time Family Life Ministry Assistant!While much of her work in Children’s Ministry will continue, she will also take on additional administrative responsibilities and begin expanding her involvement with FLOW Youth Ministry. As FLOW continues to grow, we want to be intentional about increasing the support and relational investment we provide for our students. We are incredibly grateful for our dedicated FLOW advisors who faithfully pour into our youth, and Katelyn will come alongside Kiki and this amazing team to help meet the growing needs of the ministry. With her relational heart and God-given ability to make people feel seen, known, and loved, one of Katelyn’s primary focuses will be investing in our students beyond our regular programs and continuing to strengthen the relational ministry of FLOW. We are so excited to see how God uses Katelyn in this expanded role!

These nights have been incredible and truly special. Being able to come together with multiple churches and people from different backgrounds in unity to worship the Lord has been an amazing experience. These nights are open to everyone so please come and bring your friends and family!

ABBA MVFMC Church Retreat 2026

What a weekend at ABBA. 🤍

Our church retreat was an incredible reminder of the Father’s love—a love that isn’t earned, but freely given. Throughout the weekend, we worshiped together, grew deeper in God’s Word, built lasting friendships, and experienced what it means to rest in the love of our Heavenly Father.

Thank you to everyone who came and made this retreat so special. Your openness, encouragement, and willingness to pursue God together made this weekend unforgettable.

We’re already looking forward to the next camp and can’t wait to see what God has in store. Until then, let’s continue living in the truth that we are deeply loved by our Father.

God’s love isn’t something we earn—it’s something we receive.

This week, we were reminded that our identity isn’t found in our performance, achievements, or good works. It’s found in Christ. Before we could do anything for Him, He already chose us, loved us, and called us His own.

Stop striving for approval and start living from the truth: you are already loved by God. ❤️
