Renewal SGV (previously SGPC) is part of ECO: A Covenant Order of Evangelical Presbyterians. We aren’t perfect people, but Jesus is.

Based in San Gabriel, California, our hope at Renewal SGV is for renewal in our lives as well as in the lives of our neighbors within San Gabriel Valley through the love and renewed hope we have been given in Jesus. It is our hope that you will find a place of belonging in our community of Christ-followers wherever you are in your faith journey. That’s why we encourage you to come as you are. Our desire is for you to engage in worship and the teaching of God’s Word, and experience connection and fellowship within our community. We are a Presbyterian ECO Church.

After service, stay and join us for a church potluck! 🥘🍰 Bring a dish to share, come hungry, and enjoy a time of food, fellowship, and catching up with one another. See you at the table!

✨ Join us for Sunday Service today at 11 AM! ✨

This Sunday is especially meaningful as we welcome back Pastor Ben, who will be bringing today’s message, along with one of our longtime missionaries. We’re also cherishing one last opportunity to worship alongside Esther Kim before she begins a new chapter and moves away. Let’s come together to encourage one another, give thanks for God’s work through their lives, and worship Him with grateful hearts.

No matter where you’ve been or what your week has looked like, there’s a place for you here. We can’t wait to see you!

“Let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together... but encouraging one another.” - Hebrews 10:24–25

Our Indoor Summer Movie Nights series is still in full swing! 🌙 We’ve had a blast watching Zootopia, Coco, and Ratatouille so far. This upcoming Saturday (7/25), we’ll be revisiting the 90’s with THE IRON GIANT. Millennials, unite! Come take a breather from the business of life and rest with a good movie in the house of the Lord. ✨ As always, feel free to bring your own blanket. Snacks will be available to purchase for $1-$2 each.

What a joy it was to welcome back some familiar faces last week! 💙

We were so blessed to have our former worship leaders, Yoko and Esther, and some former pastors, Pastor Ben and Reverend Jason, along with their families, worshiping with us. Seeing generations of our church family reunited was a beautiful reminder that no matter where life takes us, we are always connected through Christ.

If you missed last Sunday, we’d love to see you this week! Join us this Sunday as we welcome back Pastor Karen Woo, who will be sharing God’s Word with us. Whether you’re a longtime member, visiting for the first time, or returning after some time away, there’s always a place for you here.

Another beautiful Sunday has arrived! Last Sunday, we heard testimonies from several International Christian Fellowship (ICF) members on how God has awakened their spiritual life. Today, please extend a warm welcome back to Pastor Chris Logan as he continues the Philippians church-wide study with Terry Gee leading worship. Stay for the message, but afterwards follow the crowd to the Fellowship Hall next door for a potluck lunch to celebrate Father’s Day! Happy Father’s Day to all of RSGV’s amazing dads!

Last week, we were so blessed to have the Joe family join us as Dr. Joanne Jung shared the message with us. Afterwards, we celebrated her retirement with a delicious ice cream cake! We thank God for every moment we can spend with our church family. 💛

We are excited to welcome Professor Nelson King tomorrow as we engage on a “Walk Worth Watching.” Professor King has practiced and taught systems engineering for over four decades including 16 years overseas. He continues to serve within a large mission agency to equip current and future field workers who desire to use their professional skills or start businesses to engage unreached people around the world. Come join us tomorrow at 11 AM as we extend a warm welcome to Professor King!

Therefore, preparing your minds for action, and being sober-minded, set your hope fully on the grace that will be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ. — 1 Peter 1:13
