Wisdom Healing is all about using food to nourish our mind, body and soul.

It is said that we all are connected spiritually by energy. We all form a part of the circle of life that revolves in a cyclic motion with no beginning nor end ; especially when it comes to cooking , eating and respecting our food and food source.
Hindus and many ancient civilization believe that if the food which are cooked have good energies , then it will bring not only unconditional love but will make those dishes a masterpiece which would heal them at the same time.
We require the consumption of energy in the form of food, air and water for sustenance and good health. In tandem we require an environment and thoughts made up of good positive vibrational energy.
We can raise our energy vibration and better connect to ourselves and nature by eating highly-nutritious energetic food and also by distancing ourselves from unhealthy thoughts and volatile relationships.
Eating high-energy foods help us reach our higher consciousness to better connect with our homeostatic healing system.
It is important to have harmony of the energies of the things we eat, see, hear, breathe with the earthling's natural vibrational energy . This harmonious synergy further supports our well being by transmitting healthy vibrations to keep our cell's energies , nutrients and oxygen in a state of homeostasis. When cells are balanced, they pulsate easily and at optimal frequencies. They function smoothly and efficiently as they convert food and water to energy and nutrition for the body. They have plenty of vibrational energy to meet the body’s demand, to fight off illness, to heal themselves, and regenerate.
On the flipside, when the vibrations from our food and environment are toxic or dissonant with our natural rhythms, they can drain out our energy and compromise cell immune function. This leads to lowering of our vibrational energies and we become more vulnerable to illness. Therefore , we should avoid consuming poor or lower vibrational energies and instead align with higher vibrational energies that optimizes our cells overall immune function. One of the easiest and effective ways to do this is through the food we eat.
Superfoods are great example of high vibrational foods. Superfoods are nutrient dense, offer a variety of phytonutrients, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, healthy fats and proteins for our body to run on; they are premium quality fuel. Few examples of superfoods are avocado, kale, broccoli, olive oil, and tomatoes . There are reasons why most superfoods are fruits, vegetables, seeds and nuts ; these plant foods are full of fibres which helps your body to detox , while simultaneously giving it all sorts of other nutritional goodies to stay healthy.
Essential oils are whole concentrates, containing volatile aroma compounds from plants. Clinical studies have shown that therapeutic grade essential oils have the highest frequency of any natural substance known to man! With rose essential oil having the highest recorded frequency at 320 MHz.
Foods and herbs having the highest energetic frequencies include:
