You could sort of circumvent it by faking a persona online, wearing masking make up, not using those service, and so on... but who would want an inaccurate clone? Or to be bound to a profile that isn't you? It'd be like declaring yourself insane to avoid jail time or something.

The best way to game it is by ensuring your clone gets the best life with as many privileges as possible.
