In so many areas of life and leadership, we are called upon to make decisions in complex environments that can sometimes have enormous consequences for ourselves, our organizations and our loved ones. Knowing the way to go is often more of an art form and spiritual practice than just applying hard and fast principles.

My dear friend Dave Evans and I have planned a mini-retreat THIS SATURDAY (9a-2p) where we will explore a variety of approaches to hearing from God, the world and our hearts and the keys to taking those initial steps that lead us into new terrain in life and vocation.
